I noticed sometimes I will get super huge amounts of dizziness after an intense aneros session and will feel almost sick. Hell, I will feel sick sometimes. I wonder why....

Maybe I'm not breathing enough or something? Anyone else experience this?

Rapid descents from the Anerostratosphere can cause this effect. B-)

That's so weird I was literally going to post this.. and decided to just post as a response..

I really had a weird experience in today's session. I on my back just enjoying the session and while usually I look at porn or do something otherwise mentally stimulating, I decided to just close my eyes for a while.. Well this was just strange. While I was enjoying the feelings, I began to feel a distinct sense of "turning" not unlike after you've been spun around and suddenly stopped. Even weirder was that it felt like the spinning was in two different directions, like two wheels laying flat on top of each other each one spinning the opposite way. It actually got to the point where it almost made me feel nauseous in a bad way.. but if I opened my eyes it was immediately fine.

Has anyone else experienced this feeling of dizziness during a session? or have any idea what it might be?

Somewhere around my 5th thru 7th months on this journey I would get loud rushing sounds, intense visuals and shivers along with facial and jaw clenching. Following those sessions with loud sounds, I would have a reduced sense of balance; however, I do not recall severe Vertigo.

These seemed to resolve as I improved my ability to relax and absorb the experiences without trying to make them more intense.

Yes, breathing and relaxing should help. Try to relax enough that you can feel the Aneros toy move from just your breathing.

I have no medical qualifications but I used to be a flying instructor and taught pilots theory of flight, including the effects of flying on the physical senses. This included the relationship between hearing and balance. It is interesting to observe that the anatomy of the inner ear is responsible for one's sense of motion and balance.

It could be that if one is enjoying a particularly mobile Anerosession (especially with one's eyes closed, head shaking might induce a sense of loss of balance or dizziness. Of special interest was @rook's reference to sessions with loud sounds.

It would be interesting to see if anyone else has observed this connection or suffered a similar problem.

A lot of this can be attributed to blood pressure fluctuation, and vertigo to possibly a slight imbalance in the inner-ear pressure. A doctor can verify this much better.
Dr slimjm. Calling Dr slimjm. Report to Aneros Forum. Stat.
