I just realized I just bought the Paradise set for treatment of my hemorrhoid symptoms but actually know idea what to expect or to do to actually and affectively use the device, besides knowing it will help- or should. So please, could people share their experiances with the paradise set intended for treatment of hemorrhoids? And any other helpfull info if you so wish? Greatly appreciated, thank you.
Hi Tatornator, I purchased the Peridise set as a followup to my Helix Syn. I have not been using it specifically for hemmorrhoid treatment. I have found best results lying on my back with knees up. Allow a few minutes of deep breathing and relaxing without trying to do much of anything. My approach after that is to try to contract and hold my anal muscles. I find gentle contractions work best... just enough to start moving the Peridise in but not hard enough to prevent some involuntary movement. When I hit the right combination it creats a kind of buzzing sensation. I don't know if there is any other particular technique that would increase its usefulness for hemmorrhoids.
Not Peridise - but I own Helix and Progasm. I use both in most of my sessions.
I had an annoying case of hemorhoids yesterday. I rarely get them, because despite having a desk job I make a lot of effort to lead a healthy lifestyle. But yesterday it was Painful and I had doubts whether I would be able to have a pleasant session.
Anyway, shortly after inserting Helix, I was pleasantly surprised ! When lubed and inserted, it didn't feel painful at all, in fact after the session all pain was gone!! Today I have to clench my anus really hard to feel any remaining pain, and it normally takes several days for the pain to subside.
I also bought the peridise for this reason, as the "peristal". I'm having doubts.
Logically it seems like the peristal might be able to do do what it claims: increase blood flow, directly massage and press against bulging/distended vessels, train the musculature so it is more effective in pooping so you don't get new piles to begin with. My problem is that I can't get my insides to go into peristalsis from it. I put it in my ass and it mostly just stays in place. I don't want to bear-down/push like I'm sqeezing out poop because that is probably what gave me piles to begin with. It will slide out just a little bit on its own but it always stays between the second and third bulges (numbering the bulges in the order that they would enter your hole). I would have to squeeze-out to get the second bulge outside me and I would have to shove it in with my hand to get the third bulge inside. Without it moving on its own I'm basically just doing kegels with a butt stick that could get messy.
I don't want to commandeer your post so I won't go into too much detail about my situation but if you find out anything useful please respond here. Or if someone has any advice or resources worthwhile please message me! I'm not opposed to butt-gasm but I'm really not after them either. Just want my butt to work better and maybe look nicer. I'm too young for piles.
Hey @chickenselects555,
It will slide out just a little bit on its own but it always stays between the second and third bulges
That's exactly how it’s supposed to be.
Without it moving on its own I'm basically just doing kegels with a butt stick that could get messy.
Do the kegels outside of your peridise sessions. During the session go with the "do nothing" approach and just observe the sensations. Involuntaries happen on their own, you can't force them. By focusing on the sensations, they grow and will eventually spark involuntary contractions.
Cheers, Unfug
For me the most important thing to remember with the Perdise is to make sure your anal musculature/abdomen is fully relaxed so it can do it's thing. I may have to consciously relax and relieve this tension several times during a session when I notice the tension has built back up.
