how often can you come just with your prostate? Once a week, twice a week, every couple of days?

I don't think there is a good answer to your question. Some guys can ejaculate after experiencing a Super-O. Other ejaculate, but can't achieve a Super-O. I have never had a hands free ejaculation myself, but I am fortunate to be able to achieve some out of this world Super-O's quite easily. Remember that the Super-O is a dry orgasm, so don't obsess about ejaculation. Good luck on your journey,
