I've been going the holistic route experimenting with the supplement regimen from The Orgasmic Diet for more than 6 months now, and think it might be doing something. The theory behind it is to lower serotonin, increase dopamine, and raise free testosterone. I haven't got to the actual "diet" part food-wise but have been taking fish and algae oil, Centrum, ZMA, OJ, and dark chocolate. Time will tell here... That book has mixed reviews. I've been aware of ZaneBlue's idea to increase Omega-3, but she's not on this forum anymore so I don't know if that means it never really worked. I note when I took high levels of Omega-3, I seemed to feel depressed, compared to other times. I never got to the bottom of it, or if it was just a placebo effect. I take ZMA, lots of vitamin D3, Zinc, dark chocolate. OJ I take to mean Orange Juice? Lots of sugar in that, not good for me. My SHBG is low, so is my total and free T. Read that having high total T (or actually, the optimal levels) seem to help with orgasm feeling and intensity, so if one has low T, maybe that suppresses the orgasm feeling, and makes it harder to have prostate orgasms. I seem to remember someone, though it was one of the posters here in this thread, maybe someone else years ago, saying they had trouble getting prostate orgasms, but they also had hormone issues, or maybe that was my bad recollection of the events. So that's why I had wondered about this.

I'm sure there are many who would like to see it, but I bet size is a real challenge to the manufacture of such a device. I'm all for it as the technology catches up, though!
