Sadly I don't have enough to get both for now. But I'm wondering which would be better? I currently have the Progasm and it's given decent sensations, but I feel that since it's limited in mobility, a massager that is more mobile will help the process along of learning more about myself. Which would make the Eupho the best one. But I haven't had any Super O's or p waves in awhile (I've only had 1 or 2 "Super O's" in my 1 year of use). So possibly the Helix would help more since it's for beginners and experts? I do have a-less sessions that go pretty well if I try hard enough. But they're not anything special and just feel like my prostate is bulging/tingling in my rectum. Usually I get that feeling going before I have a session so that I'm turned on (through porn) and then insert the device and have decent feelings. But I believe I've built my own mental barrier as I get super turned on and the progasm is generating these 'full' feelings, but I can't get past this 'wall' that I've built. I feel this build-up with no release, orgasm, or p-waves and usually have to end the session with regular masturbation as it's been 1-3 hours already.
To say the least, I can control my kegels very well. But I'm looking for more involuntaries as I haven't had any in awhile.
Hey @flexxor,
Well the EuphoSyn is quite the opposite of the bigger is better concept. For me, this was the breakthrough. The EuphoSyn really did the trick for me after like 4 years of uneventful HelixClassic sessions.

I hadn't had a super-O until i tried the Eupho - so don't let that "expert-label" discourage you. If you have a good feeling regarding the control over your pelvic muscles, you are expert enough to go with the Eupho. It's still a personal experience/choice that varies heavily for everyone, so unfortuantely you won't know for certain until you tried it...
Imho, the Helix works best with the do nothing approach since it's so aggressively shaped. The Eupho works better with muscle activity, since it's not so aggressive and won't numb everything down.
Cheers, Unfug

I have good control of the muscles but I still think the Eupho is expert only as it doesnt do anything on its own. Other people's experience suggests that you need to have Zen-like mind control to be able to use it.
Maybe if one has had super Os (like flexxor has) then that's enough mental-Zen to be able to use the Eupho?
Otherwise for us that dont have mental ability just yet it seems far too out of our reach. I guess thats why it's marked as Expert.
I would like to disagree with Unfug and lonewolf8. I have both Helix classic and Eupho classic (and some others) and have had incredible do-nothing sessions with each one! IMHO, it seems that my body will 'direct' whatever Aneros is in there. For example, I had some incredible auto-F contractions with Eupho recently that included reverse kegels. And that was basically a 'do-nothing' session! Mind blowing!
I have not had a Super-O in a while but that is no reason for me to be disappointed and try to 'force' one. I just savor the myriad of pleasures at hand.
Flexxor: every Aneros session does not have to end with masturbation and/or ejaculation. If you go without for a while like I am doing now (I'm down to once a week now and have also stopped porn) those 'missing' feelings seem to be more intense when an ejaculation does happen. It isn't easy as first but IMHO, worth it.
I started my journey with the Helix Classic which gave me good sessions but which I felt was somewhat "aggressive", so I moved to the Helix Syn which has provided me with some mind-blowing experiences. I have also acquired a Eupho Classic which has also given me many pleasurable and perhaps more varied sessions despite the fact that I would not classify myself as an "expert". Maybe I am just lucky, but I have never had any problems with obtaining good results from either device from the very first session when I started using them.
Still cannot decide which one to get. Question: Is the Helix Syn almost as mobile as the Eupho Classic? Does it provide more pressure or does it numb you?
I have both. I think the helix makes more direct contact with the prostate. It gives me a feeling of more fullness. I like the eupho very much also. I can get involuntary movemment
by doing nothing, but subtle little contractions on my part make it dance. And stronger contractions can move it around very nicely. I don't think you will be disappointed whichever one you decide on.
My thoughts are a near 'carbon-copy' of @fun1 's post. both of these tools use the 'advanced design' neck which makes them responsive to subtle rectal involuntary contractions rather than voluntary contractions of the anal canal. I find the more slender Eupho more agile like a game of ping-pong where the Helix is slower like handball (if that makes sense).
The last thing that can be said about the Helix Syn is that it can numb you. I say this advisedly having recently emerged, shaken but satisfied, from a session with my Helix Syn which culminated in an incredibly intense and long lasting orgasm which at one point I thought was never going to stop - not that I wanted it to! The Helix certainly feels fuller inside you than the Eupho, and also sits more closely to the prostate, but the Syn has a softer and more "friendly" feel than the classic, and, boy, can it deliver the goods.
If you opt for the Helix Syn, make sure that the surface is completely coated with lube before you insert it, I find that the Syn's surface tends to accept lube a little less readily than the classic models and so requires a bit more care when preparing it for a session. I use a water-based lube called "Maximus" which I have seen recommended by other users on this forum. I find it long lasting and have experienced no side effects.
So looks like I found out you can also get them on Amazon (new and basically from aneros/high island health themselves) for about half the price. Thus I was able to get both the Helix Syn and Eupho Syn for a total of $80. Can't wait to try them both in combination with my Progasm. 🙂
I got sent the wrong Eupho and Amazon refunded me once I sent it back, and until now I just bought the Helix Syn. It's a much difference experience than my Progasm. It's more lightweight, yet still puts a lot of pressure on the prostate and gives different sensations. Can't wait for my Eupho Syn to arrive, as I just ordered it with the July sale! Wish shipping was free though.
