Hi guy's, i have a question about erotic/ porn films and using the Aneros. Should i watch erotic films before i start my eneros session to get me aroused or can i use erotic/ porn films during my sessions. I did try a session watching an erotic film and it felt good, but do you guys think watching erotica during a session will be to distracting to the feelings of the aneros. I am also thinking of trying another method stated on the Wiki. The do nothing method, by just laying in a dark room, without contractions, just allowing the Aneros signal to me by tingling or small pleasure waves. Maybe watch an erotic film to get me aroused before hand. Any other suggestions from you guys.

Either or. Really what you are trying to do is get and keep yourself aroused. So experiment with whatever works to get you there. For myself, I'll look at porn prior to an Aneros session to get me highly aroused while playing with my nipples. And then during the Aneros I use sexual fantasies to keep me aroused.

Thanks Love_is for the advice. I think i will start with an erotic film before a session and then during the session listen to the lovely Alana, that should keep me going!

I think the problem with porn is trying to sync whats going on in the porn with how your feeling. Sometimes you will try to force feelings in order to match what your seeing in the porn.

Viewing porn tends to draw one away from one's own experience and into the depicted experience of an erotic performer. While it can be arousing, there is something that is quite obviously false about it too. In addition, viewing this material has the tendency to make one focus on penile stimulation. The reason is two-fold, first, you often see cocks in such content, so it's almost a matter of continuity to place yourself in the scene. Secondly, if one is trying to sync up as Legace has suggested, you resort to a tried and true method of stimulation, one that can produce immediate results in order to keep up with the action.

Again, erotic films may be great for a warm-up, but, this kind of stimulation can be overwhelming for the subtler exploration that characterizes successful Super O sessions.

Porn tends to excite and revive my prior/traditional 'wiring' which was aimed at traditional ejaculatory orgasm.

For my orgasmic sessions, that are prostate driven, I prefer to leave myself open to the most subtle of new sensations.
