I've used my MGX and Helix dozens of times with mixed results, but nothing approaching a Super-O.

One thing that puzzles me is that I have NEVER experienced involuntary contractions. I have tried many methods from carefully following the manufacturer's instructions to exhaustive contractions, sustained contraction, and no contractions at all, but I have never felt any kind of muscle spasms, flutters or involuntary contractions.

I wonder if part of it is that I have been doing serious kegels for years and maybe my pelvic floor muscles are just too dang overdeveloped.

Any ideas?

Mystery

About a year, off and on.

Try an orgasmic diet. It may be the problem is in the brain and you need the hormonal balance to support orgasms of this type. You can look up Zane's 'The Orgasmic Diet', or look up my various components that seem to work well for me. Primarily and in particular highly concentrated, highly purified fish oil (EPA/DHA) and a dark chocolate with higher levels of cacao - but of course there are other aspects too. Zane actually wrote a book about it, but the ingredients and requirements may be slightly different for guys and gals.

Hmm...perhaps I should start a thread on that topic. For those who super O - what do they eat and what do they take? Enough of us and we should perhaps see a relationship.

Other than that check for proper position of the p-tab.

Hi Mystery!

The only thing that comes to mind for me, is the "off and on" of your practice sessions.

IMHO, the majority of the ones that succeed are those that have a good attitude about their sessions,
with no expectations and relax and enjoy them . . .

Why not try 2 or 3 sessions a week for at least 30-40 min. each and just relax and breath as if you were just chilling or meditating on the prostate???
A light contraction can be tried, but nothing constant or aggressive! (Try it for a few weeks!)

I believe this will train your body to properly receive the feelings necessary to achieve involuntaries, etc.

This is my take on it any way!

Later, Hlaser99

Thanks for the advise guys. Fish oil and dark chocolate, oddly enough, are two things that are a normal part of my diet.

I need to work on consistency for sure. That's probably my biggest problem, considering that I have a very busy schedule and very little time to myself, so I fit sessions in here and there when I have the opportunity.

Thanks,
Mystery
