Edging will eventually become Dry Orgasms

These articles are not mine so I do not credit to myself for writing them but only to the original owners. All I did was put them together to give a better Idea and understanding of what I researched and currently doing as well.

I usually edge with, or without aneros, or right before my aneros session without cuming.

This could possibly improve your aneros sessions or break it.

Ejection

A recent study suggests that frequent ejaculation may prevent men from developing prostate cancer, though there does seem to be some question regarding the validity of the results.

The Male Orgasm

Physiologically speaking, the male orgasm consists of the contraction and pulsating most guys feel in their penis, prostate and pelvic region. These sensations are met by increased heart rate, rapid breathing, muscle tensing, anal, sphincter and PC muscle contractions, and an increase in blood pressure, which then result in a sudden release of tension.

Did you know that ejaculation and orgasm are two separate things? Believe it.

First Of you need to Learn that ejaculation and orgasm are two separate things. You can orgasm and ejaculate at the same time like most guys, or you separate the two and orgasm multiple times without ejaculation.

The truth is ejaculation is only a spontaneous muscle spasm: A reflex that arises at the base of the spine and causes the ejection of semen (the average, healthy male ejaculates about 3 to 5 ml of semen at a time and in each millimeter, there are about 150 to 500 million sperm). Lucky for you, this "spasm" garners a great sensation. But because so many guys have learned to mesh both orgasm and ejaculation, it has become quite difficult, albeit possible, for them to separate the two.

Dry orgasms are the first step to becoming multi-orgasmic.

Although it’s not as well-known, multiple orgasms aren’t just the realm of women. Men can learn how to have the amazing experience of multiple orgasms too. And, it all begins with learning how to have dry orgasms.

Edging Without Ejaculation

Edging helps improve the penis in the main three ways: building stamina, improving hardness, and making it bigger, it also adds a little bit of fun to your penis workouts.

Edging, sometimes known as peaking or surfing,  is a very straight-forward sexual exercise. In a nutshell, edging is masturbation with stopping right before you reach the point of no return (PONR). It can be performed either alone or with a partner. For advanced edgers, this exercise can also be performed during actual intercourse. Once your urge to ejaculate has subsided, you repeat the process as many times as you’d like.

In essence, edging is the art of the mini orgasm.

A technique, where you take yourself right to the brink, but back off just prior to ejaculation.

Each time you peak, without release, your testicles produce a little more sperm, and a little more testosterone.

As you continue to edge, repeatably, this cycle continues, and a massive wave of sexual energy begins to build up inside you.

What you do with this energy is entirely up to you.

Most men will orgasm, every single time, at the end of an edging session.

We save up the orgasms, the sperm, the testosterone, and the sexual energy.

Because we're not looking for a few seconds of pleasure.

We're looking for a major shift in male hormone levels, energy, motivation, confidence, sex drive, and quality of life.

Here's a basic taken from https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginners-forum/2802-edging-101-a.html

Edging 101

How to:

1: Get an erection. Your goign to be at it a while so privacy and no destractions are the best conditions to start an edging routine.

2: If you are a two second man ejacualate first, wait for the return then proceed to edge. (masturbate)

3: Use a good lube, KY jelly is is to drying use a good hand lotion.

4: Stroke the base of your erect penis slowly move up toward the frenulim. The frenulim is the trigger this is what makes you cum to soon, avoid the frenulim unless you feel it is time to cum. Remember edging teaches you to be in control not your biological sensations.

5: If you feel the urge start to move back down to the base again. Keep the strokes slow at first don't stroke fast until you have mastered edging.

6: When you feel like you are about to cum(PONR) stop edging until the sensation leaves then resume edging (Masturbating) PONR means point of no return. At this time you can play with your nuts. Explore for the "G" spots you did not realize you had in this area untill the sensation to ejaculate subsides.

You will learn when your shaft is loading up with cum to ejaculate. When you feel it in the base you can stop jerking off at this point instead of waiting for it to travle higher up the shaft.

After a few months of doing this those stopages will become dry orgasms. (ejaculating without cumming) This is a very spiritual expierence.

Now, eventually once you have mastered base stroking and you can last 20 minutes your edging session should now include the entire shaft of the penis. Stimulate the entire thing from base to tip and back again. When you can delay ejaculation from stimulating the entire shaft for 20 minutes then you would likely start lasting longer during vaginal sex.

Kegels

What Are Kegel Exercises for Men?

The Kegel was discovered by Dr. Arnold Kegel in the 1940s to help women tighten their vaginas after giving birth. However, Kegels aren’t just for women — you can do Kegel exercises for men.

Kegel exercises for men are a great way to improve the overall health and hardness of their penis, along with increasing your ability to last longer in bed. Just like with women, Kegels for men have one primary goal — strengthen your pubococcygeus (PC) muscle (also known as the pelvic floor muscle.)

This muscle is very similar in both men and women, as it stretches from the tail bone up to the pubic bone, creating a hammock-like muscle floor. The PC muscles support the pelvic organs, assisting the sphincter muscle functions.

The Kegel is different from all the other penile exercises in that it actually contracts and strengthens real skeletal muscles – your pelvic floor muscles.

How do I do a Kegel Exercise for Men?

Kegels are a great penis exercise for several reasons. Not only do they have all of the benefits we talked about above, but they’re easy to do and you can do them almost anywhere. People won’t even know you’re doing them!

1. Find Your Pelvic Floor Muscles – Finding the PC muscle is easy. The next time you’re urinating, stop or slow your pee mid-flow. The muscles used to stop urinating is your PC muscle. Don’t actually tense legs, abdomen or butt cheek muscles, instead focus on lifting your entire pelvic floor upward. Most importantly, continue to breathe through the contraction of your pelvic floor. If you’re able to stop or slow your urine in mid-stream, you’ve just successfully located and contracted your pelvic floor muscles! If you’re having a hard time, it’s the same set of muscles you use to tighten your anus. Now you’re ready to Kegel.

2. Contract Your Pelvic Floor Muscles – When you’re ready to do Kegel exercises for men, the first thing you need to do is contract your pelvic floor muscles.

3. Hold the Kegel Contraction – Hold that contraction for as long as you can. Most men can’t hold a Kegel at first for no more than a couple of seconds. Some may not http://www.pegym.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=22&action=editbe able to hold it at all. That’s OK, that’s what penis exercises are for – to make you stronger! Make a note of how long you can hold the Kegel.

4.. Release the Kegel Contraction and Repeat – Release the squeeze and repeat, for ten repetitions. Gradually build up your Kegels until you can hold them for 10 seconds each.
When you perform the exercise correctly, you should be able to feel or see your testicles lift.  This takes time for some men.  But, if you practice the routine regularly, you should notice an improvement in your pelvic floor muscle strength, in 4-6 weeks.

The best part about the Kegel is that it doesn’t require any assistance from your hands or legs. You can do Kegel exercises for men anywhere, anytime — whether it’s in a car, watching TV, standing in line at the grocery store, or even while you’re at work.

How Often Should I Kegel? Your Kegel Exercises for Men Routine

As with any other type of exercise, it’s better to start off slowly and build up your routine. Here are our recommendations, to get you started Kegeling for better sexual health.

? For the first few weeks: Do 50 Kegels every other day. Each Kegel should be contracted for one to five seconds, depending on the strength of your PC muscle. The first time you Kegel, it probably won’t last much longer than a second or two. With more exercise and experience, your PC muscle will become much stronger and your Kegel exercises for men will last much longer.

? Over time: Gradually incorporate more Kegels into your routine.  Work up to five to ten minutes a day, four days a week.  This should be fairly easy to do, since you can do Kegel exercises for men anywhere, anytime.  Many penis exercisers do them on their morning commute to work, for example. Eventually, spice it up and try holding your Kegels for as long as possible.
Can Kegels Help Me Become Multi-Orgasmic?

Yes! Kegel exercises for men can help you become multi-orgasmic! Once your PC muscle is strong, you’ll have the ability to stop yourself from ejaculating.  To do this, you’ll need to be able to hold a tight Kegel contraction for at least 10 seconds. Once you can do that, try the following method for delaying ejaculation:

? Kegel right before you hit the “point of no return” – the point where semen starts moving through your penis and ejaculation is inevitable.

? Hold the contraction for roughly 10 seconds or more.

? After the urge to ejaculate has gone away, release the Kegel.

The hard part is building up your PC muscle so it’s strong enough to withstand the pressure of ejaculating. Accordingly, learning this process may actually take you anywhere from a few weeks to months to even years. Many men report that learning exactly when to do Kegel exercises for men is another hard part of the process. This part can take practice, patience, and a lot of attempts (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing), but is well worth the end result. How To: Multiple Dry Orgasms

THE ESSENTIALS

? Dry orgasm gives the feeling of an orgasm, without ejaculation.
It is needed to have multiple male orgasms.

? Learning to dry orgasm involves edging, and then Kegeling at the point of no return.

? Dry orgasms take practice, especially since the body is used to associating orgasm and ejaculation.

WHAT IS A DRY ORGASM?

When most males climax, it includes both orgasm (a feeling of sexual release and pleasure) and ejaculation (the forceful discharge of semen from the penis). However, this doesn’t have to always be the case. This is where the dry orgasm comes in. To master dry orgasms, you’ll need: strength, timing and technique.

A dry orgasm is one that does not include ejaculation. You have the feeling of sexual release, but no semen is released. Because there isn’t a release of semen, your body doesn’t move into the refractory phase (the phase when the penis recuperates following ejaculation). This allows you to maintain your erection and continue to have sex.

THE TERMINOLOGY BEHIND DRY ORGASMS

To understand how dry orgasms work, you first need to be familiar with several terms:

? Dry Orgasm (DO): is when a male is able to experience the feelings of orgasm, but does not ejaculate and thus does not lose his erection, allowing him to last longer in bed.

? Multiple Male Orgasm (MMO): is the ability to achieve more than one orgasm from a single erection.

? Pelvic Floor (PC/BC) Muscles: Pelvic floor muscles are key to controlling ejaculation.

? Kegel: A contraction of the PC/BC muscles.

? Reverse Kegel: A forceful relaxation of the PC/BC muscles accomplished by contracting other abdominal muscles.

? Point of No Return (PONR): The point in sexual stimulation where ejaculation becomes inevitable.

? Edging: Edging is a masturbation technique and stopping right before you ejaculate. Once your urge to ejaculate has subsided, you repeat the process as many times as you’d like.

? Erection Quality (EQ): Erection quality is generally judged based on a 1-10 scale, with 1 being the poorest erection quality and 10 being a completely rock-hard erection.

? Partial Ejaculation: An ejaculation that is partly suppressed by a hard Kegel contraction, with the result being only a portion of the normal amount of ejaculate (semen) is actually expelled.

? Retrograde Ejaculation: An ejaculation event in which the ejaculate ends up in the bladder.

HOW TO LEARN TO HAVE A DRY ORGASM

Now you are ready to try to separate orgasm and ejaculation. To begin to learn how to have a dry orgasm, try this:

1. While edging, focus on what you feel as you approach the point of no return (PONR).

2. As you get closer, stop stroking.
Immediately Kegel very hard and hold it.

3. As you feel yourself moving away from the PONR, relax the Kegel exercise and resume stroking.

4. Repeat the process, each time getting a bit closer to the PONR.

Potential Outcomes When Attempting Dry Orgasm

When you begin practicing dry orgasms, it sometimes doesn’t go as planned. Eventually, as you’re edging, one of the following will occur:

? You will reach the PONR and orgasm and ejaculate. This is not a problem. Enjoy the experience and try again later.

? You will balance on the edge of the PONR, you may or may not orgasm, and you will likely experience a Partial

? Ejaculation (some semen will come out, but not your usual amount). You will then feel your erection begin to subside. Try to bring your erection back and see if you can make yourself cum. If you cannot, don’t worry, you will be able to do this later.

? You will ejaculate into your bladder. This is known as Retrograde Ejaculation. It is not harmful but because you actually ejaculated, you will probably lose your erection immediately as with a normal ejaculation.

? You will experience an orgasm without ejaculating. This is the fabled Dry Orgasm or DO! You may or may not experience ejaculation contractions. The first few times you DO, the orgasm experience may be much less intense than that of a regular wet orgasm (with ejaculation). With practice, your dry orgasm ability will increase in intensity until they are similar to those you experience with wet orgasms.

DRY ORGASM TIPS

Learning to dry orgasm isn’t easy. Here are some tips, to help make the process easier:

? The timing can be a bit tricky so don’t get discouraged if it takes you several attempts before you achieve a DO.

? Keep, in mind that significant PC/BC muscle strength is required. Therefore, you should be Kegeling every day.

? Focus on what you feel as you approach the PONR, and practice using Kegel and reverse Kegel exercises to get closer to the PONR and back off from it. Knowing where you are in the process is key. The more you learn about your body and the more you practice, the easier this will become.

MAINTAINING YOUR ERECTION AFTER A DRY ORGASM

At first your dry orgasm ability will likely be inconsistent and may routinely be followed by a loss of erection quality (EQ.) You will not entirely lose your erection, but you will lose some penis hardness, at first, as you get used to the process.
Keep in mind that a DO will be a very new experience for your body and that years of training have taught your body the following:

? Sex ends with orgasm, and

? Orgasm means ejaculation.

You need to retrain your body to recognize orgasm and ejaculation as distinct and separate events and to treat them as such. With practice, you will be able to achieve DO more regularly and also maintain your erection after and through the dry orgasm.

Keep Your Focus on Maintaining Your Erection

Once you can achieve a DO, practice resuming stimulation sooner and sooner afterward. This may be a bit uncomfortable at first. Motivation may also be a problem, as the afterglow from your orgasm may make maintaining an erection seem like a low priority.

However, if you want to become capable of multiple male orgasms (MMOs), you will want to work to regain a complete erection as soon as possible, or to not lose EQ at all. Don’t worry if you cannot dry orgasm a second time or maintain your second erection for long. Those will come with practice.

I never understood the idea of holding a kegel at the PONR, if anything it pushes me over the edge. The best edging I've been able to do was by continuing stimulation while relaxing through the impulse to tighten my dick muscles at all. Maybe I just screwed up the timing, I don't know. I more or less gave up trying this stuff when I started seeing results with the aneros.

I understand where you are coming from with kegeling at the PONR, but if you're timing off kegeling could encourage you to ejaculate. That's why lot a guys tell you to kegel when you hit the PONR to shoot far. I usually don't kegel at this point in time because I could ejaculate. All I do is edge to point of stopping before I hit PONR and eventually your stoppages will turn to dry O's. I have read some were that you actually don't have to hold the kegel because you could miss up your plumbing. So all you have to do is a couple of light kegels to stop ejaculation like 2 or 3 on and off before you hit the PONR. Remember to connect to your mind to your penis and yes in my view you don't have to kegel in the beginning.
