What do you guys think about Electro Prostate Vibrators like E-Stim and more?
I have an estim and on occasion I like it. It jumps starts my sessions sometimes. On really low power. It just creates a tickle. The prostate likes a really subtle tickle. I find big movements do not work.
I also find it is an enhacement not a replacement. It's like estim can awaken a dry spell.
After a 'shocking' experience several years ago (a pad electrode loosened) I've ceased direct e-stim of my genitals or prostate.
However, I've enjoyed using my Tens box in combination with my Vice during BPH therapy sessions:
1. Wife places four Tens pads in a 'square' pattern on my lower back. Connect the leads in a diagonal pattern.
2. Insert the Vice with the vibe running on a low-intensity 'rise-fall' pattern.
3 Tune the pulse repetition rate of the Tens box to a low rate between 8 and 15 pulses per second. (My Tens 7000 has an adjustment for pulse width and I like that very short.. YMMV)
4. retract the Muse (vibe module in the Vice) to reduce the amplitude of the vibe (making it more subtle) ... this also moves the node of the vibe closer to the outer sphincter yet leaving a noticeable amount of gentle vibe on the prostate. (Beware of anal-Os that will reach down into your Quads)
5. Fine-turn the pulse repetition rate of the Tens system to 'compliment' the mechanical vibe from the Vice. (this sets up a sort of 'beat' frequency between the electro-stim on the lower back and the mechanical massage of the prostate)
6. Tone down the intensity of the Tens signal so that it 'just compliments' what you are getting from the Vice. ride' em and enjoy.
