i have read [ mantak chia ] about the separation of orgasm and ejaculation by practising the method successfully during solo  sex  and then partnered sex.

i have never been able to do this.

my daily aless sessions are fantastic with blissful waves of pleasure and orgasms that hit me like a bolt out of nowhere.

these past few days i  have included reverse kegels , in sync with deep steady abdominal breathing ,in my routine and found that this technique takes me into the orgasmlc zone i feel before a traditional wet  orgasm.

i then continue to completion without ejaculating; yet still  feel that pulsing/pumping in my prostate area.

there is no refractory period and am able to repeat until sated.

i am going to try this next time having sex with my wife [ both mid seventies once  a week ]

this is a sensational discovery and was surprised how quickly i am aroused when i start my session with reverse kegels.

That's fantastic ! That pumping feeling is incredible and it never lasts long enough to really focus on it when you ejaculate, but with no refractory period and continuous action, I'm amazed at how complex these feelings are.

Thanks for sharing, and take a moment to realize how awesome this separation of orgasm and ejaculation truly is, it's amazing we can train to do this. Good job!

@zentai

having read; and thus having an awareness of this ability to separate orgasm and ejaculation by following a pre - determined procedure [ mantak chia ] but without success , i was amazed how easy this was achieved during a/less.

i was not even aiming for this when it happened.

i was aware of reverse kegels but was never focused.........i just ....unwittingly switched ......it felt good and continued and was soon in  that blissful  pre orgasmic zone.

this journey we are on is truly amazing.......as an elderly person, totally absorbed in this approach to human sexuality , it has immense benefits to mind, soul and general well being.

thanks to the aneros team and the many  excellent contributors that have helped us all.

I feel like this is supposed to be easy, but for some reason it's not true for a lot of men. The way I see it, surely this is a normal mechanism that's inside of us and that we activating using various methods, and it should come naturally. That's a big mystery...

I'm younger than you, but finding about this separation of orgasm/ejaculation/erection removed all fear I had about being able to have a fulfilling sexual life in my older days, and I feel this is a wonderful thing to discover.

@theeagleandwolf A reverse Kegel is in simple terms the opposite of your pc contraction. Like you pc to stop pee. That push you do to try to pee faster or harder is a reverse Kegel. Just push through you penis while standing up and you’ll feel it. With a little practice you’ll feel your anus push too,and you can learn to roll it from penis to anus and back. Down and outward push and you’ve got it.

@theeagleandwolf well, unless you need to go,you won’t push one out lol. Roll it round so your relay trying to push your pee out, channel it behind your testicles.

I've been able to separate my orgasms from any ejaculation for the most part. Took all of two years to get it down. ( the relaxing method )  I never tried to get there using reverse kegels though. That sounds interesting.  May have to try that.

from what i have experienced since starting my aneros journey many years ago ; younger men on this forum can be assured of a continuity of their of  sexual activity in later life and go forward with confidence knowing this.

i am not quite sure; but there several contributors on here that are in their 60's...70's and 80's who enjoy the most pleasurable delights that their bodies are capable of delivering.

i still have to pinch myself sometimes that my high libido and arousal are there every day for either partnered sex or aless sessions.......but it is real....no question.
