So I write a while ago about having a some what like blue balls feeling. I have been monitoring my sessions and have been noticing that I have been getting a dull pain in my left nut. It's weird cause it's a good pain at first but as my sessions grow stronger it gets stronger. Sometimes to the point I almost have to stop. I have tried repositioning the aneros but that does get the pain away. I can feel when cock start to grow from the pleasure my balls tighten and especially my left one. The feel is as if someone just squeezed or hit your nut. That dull aching pain from deep inside. Maybe this dull pain is my prostate wanting more and awakening. Or maybe it's not. I have no problem going to the bathroom or anything else. No pain during the day.
once I insert my aneros. After a while as things build I can feel it starting. Hopefully i am Explaining it right. It has never got to the point where I have to stop cause it hurts that bad. It almost did once.
has anyone experienced this or anything like it.
I'm have been riding for a while now and still dont think I am totally rewired yet. I get great pleasure but nothing over the top. Still cant decide if I have reached the auto fuck, or mini o's, or involuntarily's.
some times I have to swing my pelvis up in the air. But cant figure if that's just me or if its causing me to do that on it's own. It feels like it's me but leaves me thinking was that an involuntary. I'm thinking maybe this feeling is my prostate alot awakening but why would I feel that in my left nut. Another way to explain it I would say as if there was a cramp in my ball. Like a knot in your shoulder or back. But in my nut. Any thought?.
Does that happen every time?
Yes lately it has been happening everytime but the
pain intensity varies each time.
edited: Upon further research I believe my ball/abdomen pain is from semen retention and not the aneros.
@Dogmen This may have been asked of you before but I'll ask it again. What is your ejaculation frequency now? Are you practicing SR in addition to your Aneros sessions? What you describe sure sounds like a variation of "blue-balls" to me. Does ejaculating eliminate the pain?

Not op and not super o yet, but I just started SR and my balls have a dull ache quite often. What's your experience with this? I thought it would help in the rewiring process if I abstained from regular masturbation so my mind would be forced to adapt. Plus I used to always think during a session "well if this doesn't work, I'll just jack off", so I was shooting myself in the foot mentally before I could get anywhere.
No sr. I ejaculate about every other day or 2
@Dogmen Just a thought: Is it possible that you are ejaculating too frequently? Looked-up "excessive masturbation" on the web. That can cause some pain as you describe.
@Dogmen -
You didn't mention whether:
1. You masturbate directly after a session
2. You stay erect for any length of time during a session
3. You ejaculate from sex or masturbation every couple of days, and how long before or after a session these happen.
These factors are very significant.
I doubt it's your prostate awakening. I too have similar feedback about tingles, involuntaries, and that not-quite-but-still-terrific feeling. But I don't ache. The only time I do is after long periods--more than 2-3 weeks--of SR that have included unrelieved erections, after which I just rub things out. I don't get hard very often during sessions, and when I do it doesn't last long. I also practice seminal retention, and unless I get the blue-ball ache, I don't wank very much anymore.
If a post-session wank doesn't help (the number one remedy for blue balls), I'd ask your urologist. Our hardware's too important to ignore.
Best of pleasures,
Z
