Just want to share, although it is not directly related to aneros but it still has thing to do with prostate orgasm so i decided to share here
I am a SGX user and today, decided to try something different by convincing my gf to give my a prostate massage. Luckily she is opened mided and accepted.

Whoa! Good one 🙂 Maybe you and your gf can figure out how to moderate the pleasure so you don't injure yourself. Now to get the same experience with the aneros and incorporate the pleasure into sex with your gf.

Thanks euphemisticI still learning to get a that kind of O from aneros and i still could not manage to get it after half year. i used to think my orgasm from my aneros was intense back then but not anymore. I think it has thing to do with my prostate position. I am rather short, just 5 feet 5 and even with sgx, i think it still overshoot my prostate because I could not get the feeling that i got last few days when my gf hit the right spot. according to my gf, my prostate located very near to the entry. maybe in future a shorter version of aneros will work more effectively for me

sounds great though i thought this kind of massage was called milking and that usually means 'mess'? anyone else her achieved this? perhaps on their own as well?
Could this be achieved through a dildo of some sort?

It was not a Milking. He said nothing came out of his penis. A true milking can be achieved with a dildo, a Pure Wand (larger end), and/or through masturbation.

does a dildo give you an anal orgasm? i just tried my first time with a suction one and when it hit my prostate and i moved up and down on it i got lots of precum though, it was very much more like sperm in terms of its milkiness, this worried me a little...?

I have no idea what an anal orgasm is. I get the same results from ALL of my Aneros, as I do with my Pure
Wand, Pure Plug (L), Pfun Plug, and my Mr. Swirly Dildo. A milking can also be achieved whilst an Aneros is inserted. When I milk I always Super O. When I don't milk always Super O. I have even had 3 milking sessions in a day. The milking with the dildo or the Pure Wand are way more intense, as opposed to the mastubatory milking (Aneros inserted and sans Aneros).

Nothing came out. Just 2 or 3 small patches of dried pre cum when i checked my underwear so i did not count it as ejaculation.
