THe last couple days I have been squeezing the PC muscles that constrict the sphincter and stop the flow of urine. I have been constricting both sets of muscles, simultaneously, for as long as I can hold them, at about fifty to eighty percent peak. My muscles seem strong as I will usually relax them before I get anywhere near exausted, several minutes or more. I do this throughout the workday and the more I do the holds, the more my prostate swells and things just feel 'nice' down there.
Last night, I remember a dream where I had new orgasmic sensations. they were localized in my groin, but they felt unlike any orgasms I have ever felt, almost like pleasurable electric shocks that would grow in intensity and fade, I remember about three such orgasms spaced a couple seconds apart. I immediately awakened after these orgasms and felt a last one that faded away. I tried to hold on to it but was unsuccessful.
I have not fully convinced myself that these were body-derived orgasms and think they may have been what my mind 'thought an orgasm should feel like', and perhaps I dreamed about them due to my recent focus on kegel experimentation. You know how you dream you are eating good pizza and even though it is 'almost' real, you know it is just flavor your mind is creating? I wonder if my orgasms were like that.
That said, the orgasms felt really amazing and I would love to know if it is likely for my aless orgasms to keep growing in (waking) intensity. So, can I call them 'real' orgasms?
Any similar experiences or opinions?
Neveryman what you described happened to me several times in the last 18 months and I'm convinced they are orgasms. I was never able to reproduce them at will but they sure woke me up a few times. For me, they usually follow a successful session where my prostate continues to party long after I checked out and went to bed.
@GGringo thank you for sharing your observations. I know darn well that some guys wake up to body-paralyzing super orgasms that leave them in tears (and other wonderful fluids). Since my experience was so short I questioned it, but I hope more and more orgasms just take me over, any time of the day would be welcome!

IMHO, Yes, they are real orgasms. Does the mind lead the body into the experience of reality or does the body lead the mind into the perception of reality (think about The Matrix)? I think there is a constant interchange between the body and mind happening in our daily lives. From moment to moment your mind (not your brain) constructs your perceived reality which may differ from your physical reality.
I'm going to go out on a limb a bit here and make some statements which may seem a little far fetched. The consciousness of the mind deals with interpreting the sensory input of the body as processed through that miraculous bio-computer of our brain. Your reality is predicated on your perception and interpretation of bodily sensations as well as the sum total of your life experiences, alter your perceptions and your reality changes. Your mind has the ability to recombine past experiences (memory) in varying ways to create new combined perceptual experiences thus creating new alternate realities such as dream states. If the axiom 'nothing unreal exists' is true then the corollary would be 'anything that exists is real'. If your perceptions exist, they are real. If you perceive yourself to be having an orgasm then you are having an orgasm, regardless of the state of mind you are in, waking or dreaming they are both 'real' experiences. The only difference is manifestation on the physical plane of existence and even then, in some cases, your body will react to your perceived experiences as if they had been initiated by the body, e.g. 'wet dreams'.
Good Vibes to You !
@rumel my head hurts but for the most part I kept up with you. If something is perceived then it has a stake in reality at least on some level.
Ever dream you eon won the lottery only to wake up broke as the night before? What if you could learn how to grab money bags through the gate of dreams into the waking world?
That is what im hoping becomes of these dream orgasms. I will keep up the kegels and keep having fun!
thanks, Rumel.
Neveryman , dreams are an alternate reality we experience everyday, they are every bit as 'real' as what you experience in the waking world only they don't manifest in the physical, material existence we nominally call the 'real world'. You experience the same emotional states in that dream world as you do in the physical world, love, lust, fear, joy, anxiety, excitement, etc. One of the most interesting aspects of this dual reality is your mind is working in both realities. You can create things in that alternate reality and then bring those ideas to fruition in the physical world and you can resolve issues encountered in the physical world within the realm of the dream world. These are complimentary realities but they don't share the same laws of physics. I know this dips into the realm of metaphysics but the more experienced you become on your Aneros journey the deeper into the rabbit hole you may find yourself travelling, the only limit is your own mind. You may not be able to bring that bag of money you won in the dream world into the physical world but you can bring the feeling of being a winner back to the day world.
Good Vibes to You !
