Despite the Slightest Touch website still being up- they seem to have gone out of business- either that or they have the worst customer service department in the world. I bought a slightest touch unit months ago, it did nothing for me may I add. They advertise a "30-Day Money Back Guarantee", I returned the product back to them, but I have heard NOTHING from them, not an e-mail or call. I have e-mailed and called them numerous times, nothing. It has been almost two months and I have not been refunded my money or even contacted in any way. Their phone never picks up, only sometimes it goes to an answering machine message. Their e-mail customer service is also down on their website. So- BEWARE!!! I'm going to call my credit card company and dispute the charges.
I think they were in the process of moving recently. Affected a lot of things including their web site and customer service. Can you call or leave a message on their forum?

I had trouble raising someone a month or so ago, to order replacement pads and was told of their re-doing the web site or whatever!
Anyway, the only way I could get a response, was to post it on the Forum for all to see??? But I got a response that way!
