Hi all, I don’t know if this has been asked before, I’ve just started Kundalini Yoga and was wondering if anyone any experience doing it whilst having their aneros inserted?
Or does anyone have any Kundalini Yoga exercises that would go hand in hand with using the aneros?
I have the Progasm Jnr ✌

I'm curious, do you feel like kundalini yoga is helping to improve your Aneros experience? I've considered taking some classes myself.

Ok, I sure will. There's a class tomorrow; I think that I'll give it a try.

I've worn the Peridise models while doing yoga before, not Kundalini, but just my regular yoga stuff. It is nice, can't remember if it made me have Os or not, but knowing I had it in me and feeling it as I moved through my stretches made me feel a bit more centered in my yoga practice at that moment. I do mindfulness practice when I can (falling off the habit I need to get back!!) and have worn a massager a few times during practice. It's distracting enough to make me feel alive in the moment of practice and breathing, which is great, but sometimes the stimulation is a bit distracting and can make my mind wander. Peridise, again, is the best tool for this kind of activity. I practice mindfulness pretty much every time I have a session, and I believe my Aneros use does help my practice when I am not using a toy. There is a connection between the two I'm sure of it!

@AmazingAneros Glad you’re going to take the plunge, would love to know what you think of it....✌@gnawdol Thanks for the insight into your journey it’s very inspiring to have read what you wrote. As a newish user I hope that my journey will be as deep and intimate as yours has been, any tips would be greatly appreciated...✌@techpump Thank you for your words too as they also inspire me to go down this route as I also feel a deep connection between the two too and that the enjoyment is multiplied exponentially as is the deepening of my yoga practice.... ✌
