I have one and it is a one of my favorite toys. It is comfortable enough for long-term use and it does not come out on its own. The connection with the ring produces movement of the plug. This is very nice during sex.

It could be improved if the ring was larger and flatter. After a long period it can dig into the skin. Using a thick lube like vaseline under the ring helps a lot. For the price it is a great toy.

It looks like it would work for intercourse. Most of the time, I don't find the quality of Aneros with other products. Decisions..Decisions... 🙂

It is good quality silicone and is near the size of a Progasm/Progasm Jr.

I don't think it will do much for auto-fucking since its movement is restricted by the ring.

Squirting can be done with just about any prostate toy once you figure it out. A Helix is a pretty good unit since it gives good pressure.

I purchased one of these, based upon its being discussed here. It's pretty much as-described, and I gave it a whirl yesterday, wearing it discreetly under my clothing. I like the size of the inserted piece, which some reviews suggest is too large for beginners. I found it to fit nicely, and didn't even use lube to put it in. I'm not real familiar with prostate stimulation, but I could feel a pressure that's not normally felt, so I think it must've been positioned correctly.

The cock ring and its attaching piece appear a little 'flimsy', but it's silicone and exceptionally stretchy. So reviewers who expressed fears that it might tear while being stretched are worrying needlessly, IMO. The distance between the the ring and the plug portion works fine for me, unlike the 'fit' of my steel ring/ball combination, which is a little too short. And, with the connector being made from silicone, it can stretch a little, or 'bunch up' a bit, in the case where there's some slack.

When I wear my steel ring, it's a (very fun!) juggling act to first insert my balls, and then snake my stiffening cock into place. With this ring, I can just stretch it over my cock and behind my balls in one motion.
