Does the 'do nothing method' require a larger device?

Just out of curiosity, do those here that use the do nothing approach find that they are doing this with devices like the progasm/helix/pro jr/device/maximus?
Any eupho/peredise/sgx users finding this works?

Thanks!

To me, works best with smaller. My personal weapons of choice are Eupho and a-less (how much smaller can a device be?).

But I suspect there is no rule here.

the zini janus small and medium are a lot smaller, the small is like a mini eupho. Also the peredise as well.

I prefer smaller at this point in my journey. The do nothing works regardless of the size.

Helix and Eupho work fine for me in "do nothing" mode.

I get amazing results with a smaller sized peridise, also Helix syn. I resist any urges to contract, that helps a lot

Massive size differences there between those two!

Ha, yes true enough Sorena_ !Its just that I've had success with all sizes of devices - even including progasm jr - using the "do nothing" method.

Smaller provides more 'agility' for me.

As a man who's been using the "do-nothing" from the beginning, size doesn't matter!

I know at first, it feels pointless. You'll get no good feelings, or sometimes if you're lucky just a few. But just keep at it! Slowly but surely, it'll feel better, and your doubt will melt away!

Helix is best for me. No O's but a wonderful feeling in my pelvic - specially the day after if it was insert the hole Night.

I've been using the 'do nothing' method for quite some time now with the MGX and have had great results so far. No Super-O yet but definite mini O's, orgasmic waves and great feelings in general.

The bigger the device, the better my experience with do nothing mode... The Programs Ice works great for me.

I've got a bunch of Aneros devices and some by other manufacturers. The "Do Nothing" method works fine with all, tiny to huge. Of course, "Do Nothing" is a misnomer, but that's another thread entirely.

Aside from the mental aspect (which is not doing nothing) what is the physical part of do nothing in your own description? For me it's around a 15% continual almost imperceptible holding contraction.

Hello, Sorena.

Yes, I was referring to the mental aspect of maintaining a relaxed state and not reacting/clenching when P-waves happen. Even after 5 years of Aneros, "Do Nothing" is still a challenge. Works well, but not easy.

Cheers,

Dave

I think, that the do nothing approach is very interesting but can someone give me the exact pattern of how I do this approach - mental and physical etc

Hello, amaz.

The "Do Nothing" method is described in the Aneros Wiki. The main thing is to achieve total mind and body relaxation. Then, your body will take control of the Aneros without any voluntary muscle movements on your part. Of course, getting involuntary muscles like the inner sphincter to relax takes some practice. Yoga and Zen techniques for relaxation may help you as well.

Good Luck,

Dave

Does the 'do nothing method' require a larger device?NO! Size doesn't matter, from Peridise up to Progasm, the technique you employ will work with any of the Aneros models. Bigger is NOT necessarily better.

@amaz, You may find the "Do Nothing" What does that mean? thread helpful.
Good Vibes to You !
