I'm sorry for the title, I just couldn't resist. 🙂

If you suffer from an enlarged prostate (BPH), which Aneros model do you tend to favor? Do you lean toward the smaller models like the Eupho, or larger models like the Helix, Syn, or Progasm? Why?

Thanks,
Xileh

Does Size matter (for the gent with an enlarged prostate) ? As a now-extinct automobile used to advertise, "ask the man who owns one." -- http://www.nytimes.com/2006/08/27/automobiles/collectibles/27PACKARD.html?_r=4&pagewanted=all --

By my Uro's estimate, my prostate weighs in between 45 and 50 grams, about double the volume it was when I was in my 20s. So, I qualify.

Yes, it matters when I'm packing a toy during foreplay and copulation. SGX provides stimulation, pleasure and when I ejaculate it allows the same free-flow that I have with no toy inserted. In contrast, Helix, Maximus, Vice and Progasm cause some back pressure and entrapment of semen. I's estimate about 50% is held until I remove the toy. Those larger toys also cause some discomfort when I reposition quickly or assume an 'unusual' posture. Peridise is also a fun toy to pack during foreplay or conventional masturbation to an ejaculation.

No. For 'nominal' orgasmic sessions size doesn't seem to matter for any of the toys smaller than the Progasm. I have have special roles for each toy and enjoy them all. However, my fave toys for orgasmic ventures are Helix and Eupho.

Progasm is a 'bit filling' and I'm aware that, it's somewhat crowded up there. I don't have the agility with Pro and find it's a great toy to teach relaxation and meditation under 'challenging conditions.'

I don't "suffer" from an enlarged prostate -- I consider it an advantage since it's a 'larger target.'

Hope this helps ..... rook

I remember watching that ad on the old Dumont.

Size wize, sounds like we are in the same boat. I seem to have the best movement with the Eupho. Anything larger seems to get a bit crowded, restricting motion.

Thanks,
Xileh
