Hi all, new to the group. I'm 6'5", I'm in good shape, but I've had problems with this p spot O everyone keeps talking about, I think it might be because of my height so I was wondering if any other tall guys have this too? Right now all I have from Aneros is the mxg and the vice. I do notice a little bit of a good warm feeling when I first put in the mxg but it goes away after a few minutes then I feel nothing. I guess what I'm thinking is that my prostate might be further in than it can reach maybe? Any ideas on technique or a different toy I should try?

Here is some info from the Aneros Wiki regarding model selection:

The Aneros™ line of prostate massagers are owned and manufactured by High Island Health LLC (the parent company), the various Aneros Models are :

  • The SGX Classic, the smallest model but proportionally the same as the MGX Classic and is identical to the High Island Health PS-2 model.
  • The Helix Classic is equivalent to the HIH PS-X model.
  • The Aneros Classic is no longer available as an Aneros model but it is available on the High Island Health website as the PS-NEW model.
  • The MGX Classic
  • The Maximus Classic
  • The Eupho Classic
  • The Progasm Classic, the Progasm Ice is identical in size, but is made with a transparent plastic.
  • The Vice is the first Aneros model made with silicone and possessing a multi-mode, vibrating module.
  • The Helix SYN is an updated design of the Helix Classic with a soft silicone overcoat.
  • The Peridise lineup is equivalent to the HIH Peristal models (these are not prostate massagers).
  • The Tempo, a polished stainless steel variation of the Peridise design (not a prostate massager).
  • The EVI is an all silicone, Kegel exerciser designed exclusively for women.
  • The Eupho SYN is an updated design of the Eupho Classic with a soft silicone overcoat.
  • The DeVice (the newest model) is a solid silicone version of the Vice model (it has no vibrating module).

I am 6'3" tall. I bought a PS-NEW from HIH. According to HIH, this model was designed for men 5" 11" and taller. I also have Helix Classic, Eupho Classic and Progasm Jr. Each one works for me although the sensations are different. Suggestion: take your time, don't rush into expectations. Good luck!

@Newguy482 welcome on board! I'm 6'4" and wondered the same things when I first started but I stuck to my Helix Syn for 6 months. I was determined to get something worthwhile before expanding my arsonal and it paid off for me. After the 6 months, I bought the Progasm Ice and have not looked back. Both give me different feelings.

My suggestion is to keep working with your MGX and Vice and get the rewiring process on the way. Don't worry about your height as I'm sure both models do rub on your prostate.

Good luck and enjoy your sessions.

Suggest sticking with one model (your MGX is an excellent first choice) for at least 3 months. Repetability counts now and this isn't a good time to start confusing your internal musculature. Heed @goldenboy 's thoughts about avoiding 'expectations.' Don't chase the orgasm -- allow Dame Aneros to chase you down.

MGX and Helix have a similar length but are 'balanced' as somewhat opposites. The MGX design has more bulk in the mid-body ridge and anal stem. Helix has more bulk in the upper 'head' and a very slender anal stem. So Helix might provide you with a good contrast in feelings. PS-New is unique with the twin 'nubs' positioned on it's 'nose.'
