After I have a really good session for a good while after sometimes even the whole day, I get the urge to go again. It's like i'm horny to masturbate but masturbating normally doesn't satisfy it. It's like my ass is in need of a "jerk" all on its own. The best way to describe it like the feeling of needing to poop but in reverse like something needs to go in and in a pleasurable way rather than "i need to find a bathroom" way. I've read some things about the prostate itself being horny but I am not sure this is it because If i actually have an aneros session it only makes this feeling more powerful. It simply takes time of no play before this feeling fades. It's like an after effect of a session that makes me feel like I need a jerk but from my ass and its somewhat frustrating that a normal wank can't satisfy this. I am new to this and I haven't had any success with dry-Os yet, but yeah, I sometimes experience the same thing. I just want to stick something up my ass and massage my prostate, which is very odd because I've never owned an aneros so I don't know what it would feel like, but my body still crave it from time to time.

Yes. I too have the urge to want more after a session with my Helix. Though I havnt yet had a super o or anything the overall feeling I get and the lasting effects afterwards has helped me with my erections and helping make me horny for sex since my meds have taken my urges away. yep, my ass definitely gets horny. if i go many days with no session, i might get especially strong pangs of it, sometimes including feelings in my mouth of producing saliva.

@DrinkItInMan Yes! Get used to it! Your body will let you know when your prostate is ready for more. Some of us guys call this "prostate horniness". You may feel the need for another session right after the original one. That is a good time to "introduce" another toy!

i am having this now lol
i just had my aneros session yesterday and because prostate orgasm does not end with a refractory period, it can go on and on until your body gave up. I always gave up due to exhaustion but mentally, i am always ready for another orgasm. that is what makes me still horny after a session
