@jacal1234,

Did you read the Guarantee information?

"We are pleased to offer a 90-day 100% Money-Back Guarantee on Aneros products. It takes patience and practice to achieve great results with our products, so we ask that you give your body a chance to get familiar with your Aneros product before claiming your refund. You won’t regret it!

Email us or check out the Forum for hints on how to achieve these mind-blowing orgasms that so many of our customers have experienced!

This offer is only valid for massagers purchased through Aneros.com. To claim your refund, first email us to obtain a return invoice form. Second, simply clip off both handles of your particular Aneros product. Then fill out our return invoice form which we will e-mail you. Mail the Aneros handles and the return invoice form along with your original invoice, back to the us within 90 days of the purchase date. You must follow these directions precisely to obtain a refund." (emphasis mine)

Clipping off the P-tab and handle renders an Aneros model useless and unavailable for resale. Don't worry they are NOT going to re-package and re-sell your used turn-ins.
Good Vibes to You !

If I read this correctly you only mail the handles back to Aneros for the refund. I don't think there would be much of a market for used handles!

Considering it would only cost a couple of dollars to make each aneros, there is no skin of aneroses nose if a customer wants a refund. Really it is costing the customer for the postage.The risk is all on the customers side.
Aneros is just taking a gamble that the customer will be happy, the way most business is conducted.
3 months is a reasonable time for the customer to make up their mind.
Although this guarantee is only any good to you if you read it in full....... L-)
Great idea really! Offer guys a way to "get off" by using a bit of plastic that cost bugger all and charge big money for it. Wish I had shares in the company, you cant go wrong, guys being guys and all that 🙂
