Do you really need an aneros?

I`ve been reading plenty of material on male orgasms for quite a while now, this has lead me to the Aneros forum about a month ago. The experiences i have read from users seem to be the same as those by people who practice without an Aneros.

Mainly i`m talking about orgasms achieved through meditation ,Tantric practice,"thinking off". Do you believe the Aneros is necessary to achieve these dry orgasm, full body Os,super Os?

Is the aneros just a catalyst? giving you something sexual to focus on, keeping you "in the mood".

For the people who have succeeded with the Aneros, Can you now achieve orgasms without the aneros or any touching at all?

Below is one of the examples of what i`m talking about. This one actually tells you to use your pc muscles, but there are others where you dont do anything except breath calmly.

HOW TO HAVE AN ENERGY ORGASM
1. Lay down on a firm surface, i.e. hard bed, carpet, sandy beach, grass... Bend your knees up. (You can also try it
standing or sitting.)
2. Take a few relaxing breaths. Empty your mind, let go of tension. Let go of ego, settle in.
3. Begin to take deeper breaths. Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth like you are blowing out
birthday candles. Make it completely "circular" with no pauses between inhales and exhales.
4. On the inhale, rock your pelvis, arching your lower back and flattening on the exhale. Squeeze the
pubococcygeus muscles (the muscles you squeeze to stop the flow of urine) on the exhale. These squeezes can
actually stimulate the clitoris and G-spot, penis and testicles, while pumping up energy throughout your entire
body. In other words, inhale while filling your belly like a balloon, exhale and flatten your back while contracting
the PC muscles. Repeat continuously. Your legs may open and close like butterfly wings. Let the breathing and
contractions be erotic.
5. Energy follows thought, so use your mind to begin to pull in energy from the earth/atmosphere into the
perineum (the area between your anus and your pussy or penis). Build fire in the sex center (1st and 2nd chakras).
Circulate the energy back and forth. When this area is well "lit," go up to the belly area and start circulating from
the genital area to the belly, around and around (2nd and 3rd chakras). Circulate until the fire is burning stronger.
6. Go to the next level - the heart. Circulate from belly to heart, belly to heart (3rd and 4th chakras).
7. Now try the throat. Circulate from heart to throat, heart to throat (4th and 5th chakras). When the energy moves
up, you may automatically make some sounds. If not, you can consciously make sounds, as this helps to open the
throat for the energy to move up. Keep circulating between the heart and throat, until you feel the energy move up
to the Third Eye.
8. Circulate the energy from throat to Third Eye, throat to Third Eye (5th and 6th chakras).
9. Circulate from the Third Eye to the top of your head (7th chakra). At a certain point it may feel like the energy
is shooting out the top of your head, like water out of a hose. Soon, you will kick into full body orgasm. Go with
it. Your breathing patterns will change. You may scream, you may "melt," you may laugh hysterically, you may
feel your back arch and your fists may clench. With practice you can learn to ride the waves and keep the orgasms
going for a very long time.

This is another example with just laying still.

I am a 37 y old woman. At the age of 14 I learnt diligently at school, so I was tired all the time. One day at the weekend my best friend came over with a book in her hand. It was about yoga exercises. She told me, that she found a good exercise to my tiredness and pointed at a picture in the book. I did not see any special in it, a man lay on his back on the floor and that is it. But Bea started to explain me over-excitedly, that she had already tried it and how fantastic it was after a while. I did not want to cool her down, so I decided to try it as well. I lay down on the carpet, fortunately it was fluffy. Bea explained me how to take deep breath and how to relax my muscles. After that I had to lie without any movement at all for about 40 minutes, as I was told. Bea left the room, and I was alone with my thoughts. First I thought it was a crazy thing to just lie because I did it every night as well. But after a while I was calmer, and it felt pretty good. My breathing was slower and the stillness is getting deeper and deeper around me. I liked it. But as I concentrated to it a strange feeling come up around my navel. It was a warm, calmative feeling as if someone caressed my belly. The warmth extended and later spread over my lower belly, but did not stop there. After a couple of seconds I felt it rushed into my vagina and at the same time up to my head. I felt a powerful buzzing sensation all over my body. That time I did not know what was it exactly. I scared, but at the same time I felt that unbelievable pleasure. So I was unable to stand up and break it. I lay there for minutes, in this (now I know) constant orgasm which pulsated in every single part of my body. I did not know how long it would last I just sink deep into the never-ending orgasmic pleasure. On the other hand I was totally relaxed, none of my muscles moved at all. After a while I felt someone’s fingers on my arm, Bea was with a grin on her face. She had already known what was going on deep in my body. On that day almost everything caused me spontaneous orgasms, a touch, a delicious taste, a fragrant smell and so on. Later it was getting less frequent. I felt it funny but sometimes awkward as well. Anyway, I had to learn to handle it especially at school.

Nowadays I get 3-4 spontaneous orgasms a day, it depends on the number of happiness caused by situations or things I run into on that day. So fortunately I can live with them, and they cause me rather happy than sad moments.

Its nice to finally be part of the forums. I can actually comunicate now. You guys seem extremely receptive (no pun intended) and willing to help one another out.

Quick chime in, no doubt you don't need an Aneros to experience multiple orgasms. However, the problem with the examples you found is that it explains how to do something without giving the details needed for an individual like myself, who knows little, to actually accomplish something... I myself may be getting closer to understanding energy through my personal exploration, but I am still pretty lost. I'll be buying that Micro-cosmic orbit book by Mantak Chai eventually, so that's a good starting point for me.

I hope to one day be able to write guides like the above, but with extreme detail, examples of what will happen if done right, if done wrong, what others experience, etc. so there is no question on how to do something

Hi legase,

Welcome to the Aneros Forums, your best source of information for learning about the multiple benefits and joys of using the Aneros prostate massagers. There is a wealth of information to be obtained on this website.

NO, I don't believe it is necessary but as our most veteran Forum contributor ( 'B Mayfield') noted, the Aneros massagers are like "Tantric training wheels" to the multi-orgasmic experience. Yes, the Aneros does give you something to focus on and provides a continuous gentle stimulation to prod you to stay focused.

For the people who have succeeded with the Aneros, Can you now achieve orgasms without the aneros or any touching at all?

Yes, this has been reported by many users over the years who have extensive experience, as an example, I invite you to read 'B Mayfield''s accounts of such experiences in IS ANEROS THE ONLY WAY TO FLY?, ANEROS THE ONLY WAY TO FLY?...REVISITED and DREAMS, PULP FANTASY AND THE NOCTURNAL SUPER O

Since you've mentioned Tantric practice, you may also be interested in reading the threads titled Automatic Tantra? and User Theorems - The Tao of Aneros and if you're interested in the spiritual aspects of Aneros use you may want to read the postings in the Community group SOS Sojourners

P.S. I sent you an introductory PM with some additional hints and tips to get you started here.

Just thought I'd mention that I used this technique/method, or at least the first few steps of it, to enhance my most recent masturbation session. The results were nearly spectacular--I shot up next to my ear. There is a real lesson to be learned about really relaxing into the orgasm rather than pounding it out--every time I started feeling frantic or tense or frenzied, I made myself calm down and be patient. It was really amazing.

legace,

Yes, there are centuries of men and women who through meditation and Tantric work have achieved multiple/enhanced orgasmic lives. I was VERY interested in multiple orgasms for me and looked at those practices. I'm impatient and didn't look much further than just reading about it.

I am one of the lucky ones who, after using the Aneros for less than a year, have come to the point where I can bring myself to multiple orgasms without the Aneros in me. Yes, I feel that the Aneros was a catalyst to my reaching the heights I have and I am grateful for it. There are many paths to sexual ecstasy, Aneros being just one.

Glad you are here in the forums. Check out the chat on the weekends. Your insights and experiences would be welcomed in the discussions. Thank you for sharing your journey.

Brian

Sure you don't NEED the Aneros, but it does make things easier to experience a DIFFERENT form(s) of orgasm. I have had accidental STRONG orgasms before before using the Aneros, however these energies are elusive; in my case brought on by a surprise attack of arousal. When I first started watching pornography it was exciting, but I eventually adapted to that arousal level. I was watching a new porn movie by the Bang Brothers where this one woman was in an elevator and in a few more scenes she suddenly started aggressively teasing the male actor. I was completely surprised. Maybe a few seconds later a three + minute STRONG orgasm hit me. The PC muscles were contracting and there was this internal pushing feeling followed by the strongest orgasm I have ever felt even to this day. It continued on for so long that my muscles were squeezing tighter and tighter until it started to hurt. I tried to stop it because I was scared of what might happen.

There is also the mental orgasm that you can have with meditation (hypnosis). In my case it was that "no hands" hypnotic audio. Yes, those types of things work guys, however I could never to it again :(. This was a real orgasm with no ejaculation.

The Aneros models give different orgasms and make things easier. My experience with orgasms and the Aneros are few, however I have had a taste of the fabled super-o, dry-o and mini-o.

Three times in the 18 months following my first Super-O I've felt that my rewiring was sufficient to continue my orgasmic practices, chaining dry-Os, with only mental focus.

The advantages seem obvious:
-- Nothing other than mental prep required & no cleanup or hygiene issues.
-- Anywhere, anytime Baby!
-- Increased foreplay spontaneity to attain multiple dry-Os

Yet, each time, I've intentionally backed off and 'backslid' into dependence upon my Helix or Eupho. I'm really happier that way. Perhaps this is a compulsive behavior, a dependence upon the ritual of using the Aneros or simply a lust for anal penetration. Or perhaps it's just not enough study of tantric practices that would work well in an Anerosless world.

At this point in my Journey the Aneros provides the anal/prostate stim and allows me greater appreciation for mental options as I build pleasure toward the Super-O. I can sort of let the physical side of the orgasm run in 'automatic' while I 'peek' into the nooks and crannies of my spirit and soul. My orgasmic experiences seem 'more free' when I've been inserted.

I bet this troll goes to every website to ask the same question. Do you really need a BMW? (A bicycle will work just fine for me). Do you really need an iPod? (I have a guitar I can play.) Do you really need a Rolex? (I have a portable sundial.) Do you really need...etc, etc, etc.

Read the forum. If you like what you read and you want to give it a shot, shell out a few bucks and give it a try. (There are a few models that have a money back guarantee- so there's nothing to lose.)

It's your body. Do what you want with it. If you want to light some incense and focus your mind's eye on your chi-gong or whatever it is you do, that's fine. Or you can stick a piece of plastic up your ass and find nirvana. To each his own.

...I wasnt putting the product down. I actually support it, and hope people use it. I was just curious if there were other ways besides using the Aneros. I can not use one in my current position, zero privacy and too much chaos going on. Unless a quiet safe place is not 100% necessary for the aneros? then i`m in.

Thank you for the responses.

Welcome to the forum, legace. I am new to the world of prostate massage and dry use techniques, having been around for about six weeks (I think).
Yesterday, I had repetitive orgasms (two) in the morning again in the afternoon using the aneros. I don't think I can do it without the aneros but I am learning to relax and that has made using the aneros much easier and much more enjoyable. Frankly, I think at the present I enjoy using the aneros to achieve orgasm more than I would without it. There are a number of reasons for this but I must say I will keep reading on this subject. I am glad you are here to help us learn and to do so yourself.

IS it fair to say that any part of the body can be used to trigger the orgasm, some more readily then others. But you have be in the proper mental state to have one?

You can still have an orgasm without a prostate right? atleast from what i read. So the orgasm itself is all mental, the prostate/nipple/penis just "encourages" us to have an orgasm?

I want to learn exactly where and how the orgasm occurs? What parts of the body are 100 percent needed to orgasm? is it nerve/muscle/organs?

ah.. think i`m just ranting now. cant find the answers i want , maybe they dont exists. Area of research is still lacking.

I've begun wondering the same thing as not only the amount of mental control required for the product seemed strange, but also the exercises and results both deviate somewhat from the Aneros itself. It almost seems like the Aneros is more placebo than anything, so to speak. Thousands upon thousands of successful Aneros users disprove of that however.

Orgasms I have while masturbating and doing this technique are so deep and amazing. (Traditional masturbation.) Some might say I'm missing the point, but I've decided that trying to hold off on ejaculation to try to enhance Aneros use and Tantric methods isn't that smart for me since I'm a guy in my 20's and frequent ejaculation is supposed to be healthy for me. I'll certainly get into it when I'm older, though. 🙂
