A nice member here just told me that my post on useing hand lotion may be a bad thing as it was not to be used internally.

It felt ok when I posted I used it but I was very sick the next few days & I never connected it to useing hand lotion in my bum untill I just got a PM from a concerned member on here (thank you). I was wondering what made me so sick on the weekend??, it may have been from the chemicals from the hand lotion. SO don't try it, from now on I will stay with only lubes intended for internal use & you be carfull too OK. I was so sick even my friends who stopped by said "Bob are you ok, you look kinda sick".

Believe me, dont get sick like I did & only use a lube made for internal use ok.

OH the cure if you do LOL.... My buds took me to the cusino & I won money & lots of booze so next day I felt way better hahaha. Do take care ok

Thanks for the information about the use of hand lotion, Canadian. Sorry to hear that you got sick. Believe it or not, I was actually thinking about the possible use of hand lotion for lube earlier today!! I'm glad I didn't do it.

I had been using Vaseline lately which worked OK, but then today I decided to mix mineral oil (Wet's oil based lube) with the vaseline. The mixture made an excellent lube, but tonight I was doing some reading online about lubes and a couple of sites said that the use of oils in the rectum is not so great because they can stay in there and cause possible problems like bacteria or infections. Darn. I stopped using water based lubes because they gave me the 'urge to purge'. Looks like I'm going to have to try some of the water-based lubes without glycerin and see if that agrees with me.

The world of lubes can be confusing. I hope I find one that is not only safe, but one that agrees with my system and does not cause me to have to run to the bathroom.

Be well and have fun and stay off the hand lotion! Well, unless you use it on your hands. 🙂

Hi Collin, I was real sick but I donno if it was from the hand lotion for sure but it may have been from it due to some chemical in it so I would say never use it. I know vaseline works way good as that is what I used my first time with my bud in grade 8 LOL LOL, but its so freakin greasy to wash off. If you find a nice lube post it on here. I'm back to KY now & thats the only lube we will use when we meet ok hehehe. Bobby
