So my last session I did things different. I started with my progasm for a half hour and not much other than involuntaries happened. Switched to the njoy wand and slowly massaged behind the prostate. I started slow then went a bit faster. Then my I could feel my heart beat. Next thing I know my muscles clenched around the prostate and wouldn't let go. Lasted for about 10 seconds then my heart beat slowed down. I didnt feel any pleasure during it, but if that is how to achieve then I just need to keep practicing I presume until its rewired. Keep in mind I started my journey in February.

I feel it is difficult to call any feeling like that an orgasm when what you consider an orgasm to be a traditional one. Early in my trek I had all these great feelings and kept thinking that the big one is right around the corner. Now after years of experience, I don't think like that anymore. It sure sounds like you had an orgasm and I think you should consider that you did. Next one might be more intense or maybe not? Regardless of putting a name to it, I would call it progress.
I have the njoy wand as well and use it regularly along with my aneros. Some of the best feelings I get from it are not inserting it but using the larger ball end to massage my perineum.

Doesn’t sound like it, but it certainly sounds like progress.
