Evening boys
if you saw my last post, you’ll know I took a break for a few months as I was getting frustrated with only getting to a certain point.
Tonight, after watching an inspiring tutorial video i decided to give laying on my side a go. Previously I’ve favoured everyone else’s advice and tried on my back with my knees bent but as I can’t sleep that way, relaxing that way doesn’t seem to work.
What are involuntaries, exactly? Are they the flutters you get when your muscles fatigue during contractions, or are they random twitches in your asshole that cause the toy to move every once in a while and usually just once before returning to the resting position inside your rectum?
The reason son I ask is, as soon as it was inserted and I sank into the pillow laying next to me, it began to twitch. Obviously it was pleasurable but as I lay there feeling it shift gently (and it’s doing it now) I couldn’t help but wonder, was I feeling the “right” thing now or when I’m actively doing a session of contractions??
@Lth0ms0n Just posted a blog about involuntaries, thanks to you for suggesting the topic!
For me involuntaries are the muscles twitching due to fatigue due to prolonged contraction. But even though they are called involuntary, there is a certain amount of control involved for me. That is, the muscles won’t spasm if they are contracted, nor if they are completely relaxed. So I find myself trying to get that sweet spot between contraction and relaxation where the involuntaries go in a steady rhythm. Often after a long session, they become truly involuntary in that they happen without me trying to provoke them. I also have muscle shaking all over as my sessions involve muscle tensing and releasing. That is, sometimes the catalyst for an orgasm will be the releasing of my buttocks muscles which have been clenched for 2 minutes.
As for feeling the right thing or not, don’t worry about it. There is no right thing to feel or wrong thing. More than half of what people write on this forum doesn’t make sense to me, but I still get a lot of pleasure from my toy. It’s like trying to describe an emotion like love. Each of us will try in our own way, and others will nod, say yeah it’s kinda like that, but then describe it in a radically different way. The important thing is that it feels good. Just keep at it and focus on those incredible sensations!

Oooh, interesting! I had a look for it but didn't see it, can you link it here for me??

That was what I thought they were, too. I struggle to maintain them like you, too - I tend to get one real round of them in a session which causes some warmth/tingling in my abdomen and then that's it! I haven't been able to get beyond that point, as yet, and I've actually struggled to get back there again since the last time it happened, a couple of months ago..
@Lth0ms0n the only thing I could recommend would be keep at it. Like many say, the involuntaries aren't pleasurable necessarily but their movement creates pleasure. I wouldn't focus on getting involuntaries. Rather, concentrate on all the most subtle sensations. Try moving your toy milimeter by milimeter in different directions through contractions, until you find a sweet spot. Have you tried moaning and nipple play as well? Sometimes I start moaning in a forced way, and it very quickly becomes moans of pleasure, building tension, arousal and even creating waves of euphoric tingling through the physical vibrations of the sound.

Yeah, this is good advice also. It's not the involuntariness, it's the sensations that you generate which I have noticed. Nipple play is slowly becoming more prevalent for me, I have as you say noticed a difference when I moan a little, too.
I have potentially two new Aneros' to try out this week; one arrived today and the other later this week. When I've been able to compare the two and ascertain which one is going to give the greatest assault on my hole, I'll report back on how I get on with them! I think they're both going to be winners though..hahaha.
good luck! Let us know your progress.

Involuntaries for me are simply after the pc and sphincters have been worked a little,I back off sending contraction signals to them, and they continue to contract, pull and snatch, all by themselves. For me,this is where the prostate magic really comes out to play. However, involuntaries don’t last forever,as they begin to trail off,one or two physical contractions restarts the involuntaries again. Like everything else Aneros, involuntaries aren’t always a necessity,I can also ‘contract one out’ too, where I actually contract my way to orgasm. Involuntaries are the shit though :p.
One way to experience them,is to flex and hold your pc muscle and sphincter for at least thirty seconds or until it begins to twitch in preparation for failure, then try letting off ever so slightly,if done right, you’ll feel the pc snatch for grip and you’ll receive a little bang of pleasure. You may need a few tries though.
This topic fits to my question...
Usually i have 3 types of "events" during a Session.
Event Nr.1: i notice a vibrating/buzzing inside. That feeling is almost the complete session and thats very nice.
Event Nr.2: not controllable leg shaking (knees bent, feet flat on bed). It often starts with a small shaking to a shaking like when somebody is ice cold.. That gives me no special feeling, -sometimes its even disturbing.
Event Nr.3: a twitching in my ass. That is really rare. Sometimes 2 or 3 times short and then i loose it even though i wont do that. Its like an automatic control like you hold your poo if you want to go to toilet. The feeling of the twitching is really really nice and powerfull (but only while its twitching).
Now my question. What is here the involuntaries? Is it only event nr.2? Who knows this "events" too and how can i improve the "twitching" event?
Everything you’ve described is involuntarily .
