Could the Aneros use have helped with this condition?

While I was answering another post it brought to mind a question. I have just turned sixty and for a number of years I have found that sometimes after passing urine a few extra drops would leak out afterwards, up to 30 minutes or so later. It’s quite annoying as it can happen after getting showered and dressed for an evening out as I bend down to tie my shoes or stand up. I’ve had the old prostate checked etc and thankfully all was fine, so I have just kind of put up with it and made a big effort to ensure I try to empty my bladder as well as possible. The thing is, since beginning to use Aneros products, roughly 3 months, I cannot recall having a “whoops” moment. I am wondering whether I have strengthened some vital muscles with my Aneros activity. I would be very interested to know if it is possible this is the case.

Just thought I would come back and report. I have been taking notice since my original post and it seems as if my slight problem might be fixed. I have not had one incidence of slight leakage. It has been a persistent problem for years now so hopefully continued use of the Aneros will keep it at bay, no complaints there however lol.

Yes! please see: http://www.highisland.com/pm_testimonials.php

From my understanding.. strengthening PC muscles will obviously help..you just need to exercise the muscle while urinating to see it stops the urine. The more this is gets strengthened the more control you should have.

Also I believe the massaging element can help reduce inflammation and bring down the prostate size which contributes to this problem.

I will certainly add something to the list of testimonials.
Thanks for the link.
