I am a newbie to post here, but have been reading for many months. I bought the helix many months ago and enjoy using it but have some questions. I started out laying on my left side as the instructions indicated and enjoyed the vibes I did get. I have been using the helix now for many months and have not had the Super-O that everyone talks about. I have discovered that with me laying on my back and my left leg laying flat on the bed( knees drawn up), my right leg straight up (foot flat on bed) (spread eagle)that after about 2 minutes, the contractions started and only last for about 5 seconds. I noticed that when those contractions start that all of a sudden I get an erection big time, but goes away after the contractions stop. These contractions feel so good that I want them to continue. What am I doing wrong? Any suggestions?
I have also noticed that the aneros does not go all the way inside. Is it suppose to go all the way in? I read where someone cut the bottom handle off and had better penetration but I noticed that in my situation that would not help because the handle does not touch the skin. Just wondering if I need to try something different or another model like the progasm. I noticed when I push it in further that it feels better but it eventually slides partially back into the same position. Any thoughts to help me achieve this dry orgasm? All that I have had has been wet ones! Some of them have actually hurt.
Others talk about getting an erection while the aneros is in, I don't get an erection unless those contractions start? Most of the time my penis is limp. Is that normal?
Any thoughts and suggestions from the pro's here would be greatly appreciated.
Looking for the BIG ONE!
I can't really offer any advice on prolonging your contractions, but I might be able to help with the other questions. I'm far from a pro, but I do have some decent experience that might help until a pro can chime in.

Well that depends upon what you mean by all the way in, is the p-tab pushing on your perineum (area between the scrotum and anus)? If so, I don't think you have anything to worry about, however if it is slipping out and losing connection there, then that is a problem. I'm not quite sure what can be done about it myself.

You've had orgasms that hurt? Umm... that's not good, I've never had an orgasm hurt, unless you count orgasms that were extremely intense. If they are actually painful, then I think something is wrong. Something might be wrong in how you are using the model perhaps, I don't know without more details. You might consider a visit to your doctor to make sure everything is alright.

Different people seem to have different reactions, some get constant erections, some don't. I fall around the middle, some sessions I have a constant erection, some sessions I'm mainly limp. I wouldn't worry too much about that.
I hope things work out for you, hopefully someone with better answers will reply soon. Good luck 🙂
The p-tab does touch the perineum, sorry about the confusion on that. What I have experienced with the pain is after the orgasm. The orgasm has been awesome when I have one but it seems that after I urinate later that there is some pain. The problem that I have is that I get anxious laying on my left side and my penis is touching the towel. With some hip movement I get into it and maybe thrusting too hard and possibly irritating the prostate gland. I don't think what I am doing is what you call really relaxing. Any other thoughts.
