I have started having continuous aless everytime i go to bed. About a week ago i was practicing and eventually manually came. Ever since my prostate has aless more intense each time i lay down it ramps up on its own. First the tingly feeling there then muscles get involved and each time it gets more intense. Really feeling good. I read somewhere if you resist it it gets more intense so i just go with it. Usually it will let me go to sleep after an hour or so but i take gabbapentin and methocarbanol before bed. This morning i feel it as i sit here. Faint muscle contraction rolling and the tingling feeling. Am i broken or am i in a good place?
i have not used aneros in over a month and it has been at least a month before that. I find i get better results and feelings without it.
should i manually go at it again?

If I am taking THC I can not control mine.
If I am masturbating and taking THC it is less.
If I am not using THC and havnt masturbated for 2 days I have strong Aless but I can control it.
If I am not using THC and masturbating I have almost 0 aless.
Def have not broken your body and with time and no aneros sessions it will go away. But tbh it's pretty great feeling once you learn to control it.

@jiji2000 definitely good feeling. In fact it is a dull ache. I am aware of my Prostate. As far as thc. I use it daily and it helps relax me for sleeping. I have Flomax and serequel to help at nite but i hate taking it as i feel drugged the next day. I am getting 7-9 hours of sleep but i fear that will get interrupted if these contraction and muscle twitch keep up in intensity. I have never super O yet and wondering if that is where this is going. I used to use aneros Eupho syn but i felt sore everytime after use for a day or so so i just go with aneroless. My nipples are wired to my P. Just a slight touch and it gets things in turbo drive.

Have never used THC and have great controllable Aless! Nipple tweaking has definitely ramped up Aless and Aneros! Lately have been feeling prostate perenium and frenulum join in while tweaking my nipples - pleasure builds into one continuous orgasm! Once in a great while I do a TO which is mind blowing along with the po!
