I see this was posted last week, (and I don't know if you've taken care of this already), but I would be willing to answer your questions via chat.

This website does not have a chat room. However, there is always MSN, AIM or any number of websites that have open chat rooms where this could be done.

The coaching would take a long time, maybe an hour or longer for someone not used to it. The best thing is to experiment, which teaches the person more about their own physiology and body better than someone explaining it. It took me some months, but finally figured it out. There are two types of contractions you can do. Sphincter and rectal, both different, but has to experiment to feel the difference.

Just sent you an email. After my chat with BF Mayfield last night, I'd strongly suggest that you get this from the "horses mouth". He was extremely informative, very easy to communicate with and a really nice person too.
