I have managed to get to the "buzzing stage" for lack of a better term (where all of your muscels are twitching). However, I cant seem to get past it. I cant hold my pelvic floor muscle at that point and I end up just coming off of it without progressing to the next stage. I am also not feeling a great deal of pleasure at the buzzing stage
Any help would be great

@proto86546 You didn't mention what model(s) you use. IMHO, I don't think you are doing anything wrong. You just need to relax and eliminate all expectations from your sessions; then see what happens next. Remember, it's not up to you to direct your prostate's response; your body will tell you when it is time for the next step up!
Two other things: have you "experimented" with different lubes? Sometimes, a different lube will give you different sensations during a session. And lastly, please remember that if you are aroused before starting a session, that will give you an edge-up on having a great session! Good luck to you!

@proto86546, good to see you at Aneros forum. Can you tell us if you experience "buzzing" during your Aneros sessions, or post session, which is known as Aless or Anerosless, which Aneros is not inserted?
