Can the Aneros help the disabled?

What disabled conditions would the aneros be able to assist in continuing a sexual life? I remember there have been a few people that have been on the forum that were in accidents, etc, in which the Aneros benefited them.

Hello, Bishop:

I had the two lowest lumbar discs excised and spacers put in, with atlas cages and titanium rods... back surgery is not conducive to a good sex life to say the least. Since purchasing a Progasm, and later on, an MGX, I have a fulfilling sex life again. Thank you, Aneros and HIH. Can't wait to get a Helix!
