Okay, I just want to know if breathing with aneros toy in me and how much is it like meditation, and for instance in meditation they tell you to focus on your Breath to keep your mind from wondering and having unwanted thoughts. Alot of people say when having aneros session you should focus on sensations in body like pelvic region and prostate and belly in so on. Instead on focusing on these sensations should I exactly focus on my breathing instead to help generate these sensations to happen and get bigger or do you think focusing on these sensations will help cease them or not?
Experiment with everything. Sometimes feeling the breath at the back of the throat does do something, sometimes breathing deeply works well, sometimes short shallow breaths work, sometimes doing a long outbreath is magic (almost always works for me), sometimes a long inbreath can tip you into orgasm. Then when it stops working try something else. Always focus on sensations and use the breathing to help build them.

Breathing certainly helps the sensations become stronger, or it should do if you do it right, practice makes perfect. As for spreading it out it depends what you mean - breathing in its own right doesn't really do that.

Not quite sure what you mean. Focusing certainly won't stop them, it is how you build the sensation - together with breathing and PC/anal contractions.If you want to spread the sensations you can do it by focusing. I'm not sure how rewired you are or if you are just starting, if you have just started I wouldn't try doing that yet, but concentrate on the basics.
