We have all heard many times that focusing on your breath is really important to prostate play, but I think we all need to identify what type of breath work is best for each of us, and sometimes that takes some exploring.
I just happened to stumble across a technique last night that I believe may propel me to new heights. I was listening to the Shibbydex Prostate Waves audio and heard the woman tell me to breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth. I started doing this very intentionally with deep inhales through my nose and a long, slow exhale through my mouth with my tongue touching the roof of my mouth. I realize this is not any sort of new revelation, but many times on this prostate journey, we have these Captain Obvious moments that finally click in our brains.
By using this very intentional breathing and focusing my mind on my prostate, I can feel a delicious swelling in my prostate that had led to very pleasant involuntary contractions. Last night, I had the most wonderful string of precum hanging from my cock (post-MGX session) and then today, I gtried a little Aless breathing while laying on my stomach that kick started the same involuntaries.
I have never experienced any sort of orgasmic pleasure from prostate massage yet, but this is a very exciting development and I hope I could provide someone else with their Captain Obvious moment that helps them take the next step.
Breathing technique is indeed important for triggering pleasure. I use the same technique as you, with the following additional details: I first fill the upper part of my lungs and then the lower part. When exhaling, I first empty the lower part of my lungs and then the upper part. I believe these details are important, at least for me.
After a while, pleasure first manifests itself at the end of the inhalation or exhalation, then accompanies the entire breathing movement and fills the whole body. It's delightful!

Thank you for this detail! It is interesting to think about having control over the upper and lower part of your lungs…I have never thought about that before. I did hear someone else say something about opening your throat and filling it with air. It’s like our breath is the pleasure carrier in our body! I’m really excited to continue exploring this. I’m getting to the point where I am focusing less on which toy I’m using and more on getting in tune with my body.
I’m also noticing that the nuance of pressing my tongue against the roof of my mouth, while focusing on my breath, is increasing the involuntary contractions and tingling sensation in my prostate. I have read that this helps move energy through your body and I’m excited to use it as a tool for prostate stimulation.
Will make it a point to incorporate the intentional breathing more often. I normally do but then get into it and start to have more shallow breathing. Thank you for this testimonial
