I stumbled across this page yesterday and after surfing around and reading the info I odered the Helix. I can hardly wait for it to arrive. I am a 51 year old male and expect this to be a lot of fun and provide some health benefits as well.
I undertand some people have a hard time making progress but I suspect due to my experiences that this will not be the case for me. Plea ekeep your fingers crossed fro me.
