Does having a shaved sac and perineum help with sensitivity?

I don't think it matters ultimately. The work required is mostly internal. If doing whatever with your pubic hair helps to make the experience more sexy for you, then maybe it's a benefit. I don't think there's an objective measure or any common wisdom on this.
In practical terms, having less hair down there can keep things cleaner and more manageable, since I find lube has a way of creeping along hair-covered areas.

sometimes hair on my perineum causes irritation with the P-tab
