Sometimes, not always, after a session i get this pain in my balls and in my groin/stomach area that feels so bad that walking is quite a discomfort. I had no name for it until someone said recently blue balls, which i think is what it is! It never lasts more than a few hours but i wonder what makes that happen?

Ive had a session now and 1 hour later i now feel it, it seems to start small and get worse. When it subsides, usually after a few hours my balls are seemingly very empty/saggy...

Whats odd is my prostate is now orgasming as well! i feel so good and its just like a long nice orgasm with no device but also this pain.

I wish i could stop the pain though without having to wait. I wonder if anyone else gets this?

These are the symptoms actaully. How do i stop this in the future?

"Blue balls," medically known as

epididymal hypertension, is a temporary, harmless condition resulting from prolonged sexual arousal without ejaculation. The symptoms typically include a dull ache, heaviness, or pressure in the testicles and surrounding groin area.

Common Symptoms

Symptoms usually occur after sexual arousal that does not culminate in an orgasm and resolve once arousal decreases or ejaculation occurs.

  • Aching or dull pain in one or both testicles.
  • A feeling of heaviness or pressure in the scrotum and sometimes the lower abdomen.
  • Discomfort or a throbbing sensation.
  • Increased sensitivity in the testicles.
  • Restlessness or general discomfort.

Have you considered finishing with a traditional O or a Super-T? That will take care of blue balls.
