Blue balls?

I have had this happen to me periodically as well. I guess Blue Balls might be a good term for it. The vessels and ducts around your balls get ready and primed for an ejaculation when you get aroused and stimulation is present. If that stimulation does not result in ejaculation then these areas can almost become swollen. A few years ago, I had a bit of a problem with my Epididymis http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epididymitis . Thankfully that condition did go away, but can flare up from time to time.

I believe that your testicles are more involved in the Super O process than is normally mentioned. I have had some rather incredible sessions with countless Super O's with absolutely no manual stimulation and my balls have felt a bit tender afterward. I mean more tender than usual. It is never very severe and is very easy to live with and passes in no time.

Heh, thought most guys knew of that term. But yeah, you described the basic issue. I think it happens if I've gotten too excited and touched/massaged my testicles throughout a session. Again, doesn't happen often, but a tad annoying to wait it off when it does.
