So I’ve been listening to some binaural beats when I can as recommended by another member.
Sometimes I think they add, sometimes I think they may take away, sometimes I think they send me to sleep.
Are they the real deal? Do they work? Is the idea to just focus on the beat? And volume,I thought loud but I read your supposed to have them so low they are barley audible.
thoughts?
tia.

@Tommygunn you will find experiences and opinions vary wildly with these. Some people are simply annoyed by them, some can be so intensely pleasured that they have HFWOs while listening. I am somewhere in the middle: If I find GOOD beats (not all recordings are created equal) , then beats with or without aneros along with nipple play sends me into intense waves of insanely pleasurable dry orgasms for hours.

Volume? Try different levels and see what you think. I start at about half volume and as the pleasure grows more intense, I will raise the volume due to my excitement. Probably not good for long term hearing, so I am not actively recommending it. Try different volumes and see how it feels.

No need to concentrate on the beats, think about your pleasures like you normally would. This is a pretty automatic pleasure response.

Here are some of my fave tracks, see what you think, man:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zG2HfJ8CZYU&t=200s (this one is fantastic)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=orlO8knXPaY (this one drives me wild. There is a guy breathing in the background, as if he is being pleasured. Feels like the guy is yourself as you listen. So hot)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yBuX8mBOUCI&t=46s (another long, solid track)

These next 2 have millions of hits for good reason. They vary in frequency, tempo and tones. They echo the rising and falling crescendos of male sexual pleasure and if you are uncertain if Binaurals have a positive effect for you, these tracks will let you know fairly quickly! They are incredible.

The effect is real, if you can call an illusion real. Like the power of any suggestion, it works if you believe it can work.

Is the idea to just focus on the beat?

I believe the theory is based on the premise you don't need to consciously focus on the beat, that your brain will entrain itself with the illusory beat automatically. The commercially available recordings which hype the effects are exaggerations at best and fraudulent at worst. You may find this article helpful in your understanding -> Binaural Beats: Not Digital Drugs. I don't think sound volume is important here, rather it is just important to be able to perceive the sound waves to induce the illusory effect.
Note: I did employ binaural beat technology in my "HypnAerosession" guided Anerosession recording in hopes that it would enhance the relaxation effectiveness. To what degree that was accomplished I have no way of measuring.
Good Vibes to You !

Ok, so the article that rumel posted indicates that they’re a bunch of bunk, BUT when I listened to a couple I immediately had a visceral reaction. I didn’t cum ;), but it felt sexy to me. FWIW. I will likely be trying it out.

Pasttime yea I’ll give em bash and let em run in the background,I thought you needed to focus on them, but I’m open to anything,I figured they are some sort of relaxation aid which doesn’t hurt. 😉
