The Helix Massager is the 1st toy i've ever bought. I haven't had any luck so far.

On the package it said to lie on my side and lift the top leg to my belly, keeping the lower leg straight then inserting the toy, this did not work for me i was way too tense.

When i lied on my back the toy managed to slide deep enough to give me a full erection - i guess it positioned itself right - however there was no pleasurable feeling:(

I waited 10 mins, it felt like forever and nothing changed, it was like my prostate was hiding out - I was still tense - what do you guys recommend is the best position to try this.

Oh and Is it supposed to feel uncomfortable to move while it's inserted, because it was a little painful when i tried to lie on my stomach, I thought you could actually have sex or while it was inserted?

Thank You
Neemo

It sounds like you aren't using enough lube. Also discomfort can be caused by still having fecal matter in the anus. Suggest you make sure you are empty and use lube very generously. Also try to relax before starting contractions especially if you aren't very experienced with anal play.

Hello Neemo, 🙂

Give your yourself time and practice. Rarely do many men get amazing results let alone super-O's right from the start. Other things that can cause anal discomfort is if you are unfamiliar with anal play and have not learned how to properly relax back there. This just takes more practice to learn. The other is that water based lube that has glycerin in it can cause a painful burning sensation on the inner anal sphincter. Look for a lube that does not have glycerin in it.

i just recently received an orgasm from my aneros....even tho i have a MGX......but what i've learned is that whatever is most comfortable to you and feels the best, then that's what you should do........i've tried alot of positions listed on the site and came to the conclusion to do what i felt was good.........my favorite position is like a laying/sitting up positionr.......like i do when i watch tv.....knees bent to a 90 degree angle and i'm leaning on the arm of my chair......for some reason, this works for me and i have no problem holding this position for hours......plus, it's comfortable to me to watch tv like this

Hey, i know the biggest issue is that my bowls are never completely empty, this then causes pain instead of pleasure…

Does anyone have some advice on Enemas? I herd that people become reliant on them, should i be taking pills, are there any alternatives,…

This all sounds like an effort, sex is supposed to be natural, anal play doesn't seem right anymore, theres a lot of preparation/things to worry about it takes the sexiness out of the whole idea and this isn't even with another human yet...

Preparation for me I feel actually adds to the sexiness, I love the nice feeling after taking a long hot shower and knowing that I am clean inside and out...lets me be more comfortable and free with myself. From there its just lubing up and insert, then just relaxing and enjoying both the subtle and intense feelings. Once you start to really get something from your toy, I assure you it is totally worth it.

yeah just relax and take in any advice at this stage I have only been at it about 5 weeks myself but you will come around to it eventually , try and take a bath if you can before and do what you can to relax if you enjoy watching porn it helps you get kinky and also relaxs all your muscles including ur anus ect 🙂 if you still cant relax and have no clue what your doing if you open to it pay the expense and get hold of a copy of hypnaerosession is helped me relax and she helps you think kinky with her sexy voice and she drops you tips and tells you what to do as well i found it most useful at this stage. Good luck on your journey , feel free to read my blog on my journey here Aneros

Neemo92,

Patience young squire, instant orgasms are rare events in the Aneros realm. Most of us take many sessions before we begin "awakening" our prostates. Experimenting with different body positions to find the ones which yield the most sensations is important, listen to your body, become more attuned to the many subtle feelings being generated and then gently nurture those feelings into heightened physical and emotional states. Perhaps you would like to see how some of your fellow members voted in the Poll What has been your most effective/favorite position?.

If you are regular in your bowel movements you will know when one is pending and should be aware that Aneros use can induce peristalsis and trigger increased bowel activity. It is usually a good idea to have had a regular bowel movement hours prior to beginning an Anerosession and then perform a minimal rectal flush, if desired. A rectal flush may or may not facilitate your situation but a full enema is rarely, if ever, necessary or desirable. If you have had a bowel movement a couple of hours before a session, your rectum is very likely empty of large fecal matter and no flushing is needed. Preparation for a session could be thought about like preparation for a 'date' with a future intimate partner, only in this case the partner is you. You are preparing your environment and your body for a seduction, the seduction of your prostate. If preparing for your 'date' seems like an unenjoyable task then the 'date' itself may seem unenjoyable as well. Hopefully you will see the preparation as part of the anticipatory excitement you are about to incur.
