I've had some pretty mind blowing A-less mini O sessions sitting in my easy chair looking at erotica. I focus on the arousal and what it does to my groin area (especially the taint). I don't touch myself. I just keep looking at the images and relax. When I get a tingle I try to mentally move it around, especially to an area somewhere between my navel and anus. Not every time, but usually I'll suddenly get a rush of arousal a need to change my breathing that, in a couple of minutes, turns into P waves. I start all of my aneros sessions a-less. I jump in bed naked and just relax, get my heart rate down, my breathing steady and rhythmic and just slip deeper and deeper into relaxation. As things start to happen down below I just keep relaxing and if I feel my self clenching I relax it out. Sooner or later things just start to happen and there is no stopping it....I let the super O's carry me away. After 20 minutes or more of a-less I will think of inserting an aneros.

Best and most frequent A-less is done in bed. Good to do at night while I am relaxed. I usually lie on my bak, pull my butt cheeks apart as far as possible, and then try to let the bed pressure keep them separated. If I am relaxed and in the mood for arousal, the sensations will steadily grow over the next 30 minutes or so. If something happens, great! If not, I am super relaxed and drift off to sleep.

I would also add that I *never* do any conscious contractions. I just breathe deeply and concentrate on how good my body feels. Sometimes I'll do some soft palate nursing and fantasizing, but not a lot of nipple play.

I have two types of a-less sessions. Those when I'm in public view of others and I leave out the overt physical stimulation. Others are when I physically stim various parts of my bod and have an empty anal canal.

The 'physical' a-less sessions usually employ gentle tickling of my left nip mixed in with gentle brushing of the 'fur' on my left tricep, some soft pallet work and perhaps a male-deer sequence. Much as @gregor does, I imagine ano-rectal contractions but fight-off doing them. Just the thought starts the pre-cum. If I'm bare-footed I'll occasionally strike the sole of my left foot with my right toenail.

I find it difficult to carry an a-less session to the p-wave stage without producing an obvious erection, particularly if I've taken a pde-5 inhibitor within the prior 24 hours.

My way which always works:

1. Just use the internet to find really arousing images, gifs and videos. What i really like are NSFW subs of reddit.com.
2. I won´t start stimulation until i found very arousing material to prevent overstimulation
3. When i´ve found arousing material: I visualise the place just over my penis and try to squeeze this muscle very, very slightly. When you do it right you squeeze the muscle of your penis (the pc muscle which makes your penis jump, but it feels like you squeeze muscles over your penis). Do this slight squeeze in a fast rhythm (1-2 sqeezes per second). The squeezes have to be that slightly that you can barely feel it.
4. While you do this, stroke your nipples.
5. Now i feel a rising, arousing feeling in your lower abdomen. We have to find the right time! (its a matter of experience to find out the right time). When you feel that the tingling arousal is strong enough to grow on its own, then stop your slight muscle squeeze ive explained in step 3, relax and feel into this feeling. Now the feeling should grow on its own and should wash over your entire body. Congratulations - You´ve just had your full-body a-less Super-O.

@aneros_user105860...for me it's like contracting your asshole WITHOUT puckering your asshoe...when I do a kegel using PC muscles...it's like stopping your pee and causes the asshole to pucker up. An anal contraction does not pucker the asshole you feel the effect of it more INSIDE your rectum. ??

It's simple for me. I just lay down, get relaxed, and start slowly stroking my cock. I get hard, start feeling really good, and keep stroking until I start orgasming. I usually have a couple of orgasms while stroking my cock, and ejaculation isn't really even all that close to happening. However, if I really go to town, it would lead to ejaculation.

However, I totally agree if you are just starting out and not in control of the separation of orgasm and ejaculation, that might not be the way to to. But it works for me.

What you need is a regular pc / kegel workout. If you train regulary, you will build up awareness for the different muscles and eventually learn to control them seperately. It's not just the pc and the anal sphincter but 10+ muscles. Rumel recently added two very usefull video-links to the wiki regarding this subject.
