I generally avoid any mechanical stimulation such as from a vibrator. I find that sometimes suggestive audio tracks while I am relaxing can put me in the right mood. If I start doing PC contractions in sync with the beats, that may be all I need to start something arousing. Occasionally, I will use binaural beats for prostate and/or anal stimulation. Give it a try!

My Aless session today was very nice. At one point I got p-waves which felt like my entire body was vibrating. I was moaning and moving around quite a lot (hip thrusting, raising my chest etc). I don't think it was an actual orgasm though, I didn't really feel like I hit a climax or anything.

I am using a very minimalist method:

1. Lie down in bed completely relaxed with my eyes closed.
2. Focus on any pleasant sensation occurring in the body.
3. Enjoy the pleasant sensations as they grow into p-waves.

No conscious physical stimulation whatsoever. Doesn't make much sense why this is working for me, but it does. It feels so unreal, can it really be this simple?

I suggest you try it out. Don't try to force anything to happen, just observe anything going on in your body.

@goldenboy just doing pc contractions while arousing yourself mentally is all you need to orgasm ? If so how long so you contract the pc muscle for then relax ?

Does that produce multiple orgasms ?

@Orgasmic.Euphoria It is variable. Sometimes my prostate will start responding just "out-of-the-blue" such as by sitting on a hard chair. That can be really wildly arousing! When doing PC contractions, I don't follow any set pattern. Try quick bursts, then stop. I have had good results too with long, slow-and-hold contractions. Mix it up. It all depends on your arousal level. You can't force it if it not ready to happen. But if your body (prostate) is ready, hold on to your hat----you're going for a ride! To answer your question about multiple orgasms---if all systems are "go"----YES!

@throwawayacc I like your approach. You are developing an awareness of your male body and how it responds. I find that I don't even have to be in bed to experience sheer bliss!

That's all what it takes. Absolutely!

Indeed I focus on any pleasant sensation occurring in the body, too, but

additionally I am visualizing one or more out of any sexual techniques* I ever tried or I can imagine and how they felt or how they might feel.

(*My all time favorites: stroking ballsack, nipple play and 2-fingers-prostate-massage)

All the best! 🙂

P.S. Perhaps it helps you to try A-less more playful and random like I described it here.
