Hello all, long time reader, first time poster. I've been using the Aneros (helix and progasm) for about 6 months and have seen a gradual increase in pleasure associated with it to the point where I feel like I'm just on the edge of a dry- and/or super-o. I've used the hypnaerosession in the past, but my sessions lately have been without any audio (more out of necessity than anything else). I like the hypnaerosession for the most part, but find the spoken directions kind of distracting. I've read that others have used binaural beats and/or audio from movies to help relax/increase arousal. Does anyone have audio like that they'd be interested in sharing?

Thanks!

Grange,

I had a thread in the former "Muse Music" Community Group (hopefully to be restored by Aneros Support) which had a listing of music pieces, selected by members for their Anerosession audio accompaniment. You can see that original list and other suggestions if you hop on over to Jack Johnston's KSMO training site. That thread is KSMO Musical Accompaniment.

You can even download here a couple of experimental pieces I created.

Good Vibes to You !

I've used Kelly Howell's relaxation mediation with good results.

Kelly Howell, Ecstacy always treats me well, the sexual stimulations by I-Doser too. Both can be found on iTunes.

Love Kelly Howell's "Ecstasy" (does she have others that are similar?). Also, Steve Roach's stuff and all of the Liquid Mind albums are great. David Darling has some nice meditation music as well.
