a while back l tried the self hypnosis (or what l would assume it to be called) MP3s both aneros ones and others.. however recently came across ASMR, and was wondering if there was any good resources for such content.. something l can throw on a MP3 player, lay back and listen to.

Hypnaerosession CD's are listening to. I have two CD's. Just relax and try not to listen very close to it. I mean don't follow the instructions too closely. Nice CD's

There was a ASMR thread some weeks ago... my first thread 😉
I'd say, check youtube - there are dozens of channels dedicated to asmr. grab them with a yt-downloader of your choice...
