Hey guys....I know the difference between multiple prostate orgasms and penile orgasms but I'm not really sure about their relationship with semen retention. I am regularly practicing SR now and like it. However, I have not had sex in about a week and am afraid that I will "lose it" with my next sexual encounter with my wife (I want to go longer than a week if I can). What are the techniques I can do to prevent an ejaculation during sex? Similarly, how can I have prostate orgasm(s) (without Aneros) during sex without ejaculating?
I have delayed ejaculation so I really don't have to worry about going off too soon. But during sex, I will get so aroused that I feel that I NEED to ejaculate and will have to masturbate. Any suggestions, anyone? Do I need to become celibate?
@goldenboy I have a lot to say about this topic. I have been reading a book called 'Multi-Orgasmic Man' by Manta Chia & Douglas Abrams that I downloaded from the Net. It is full of information that helps me a lot. For instance, when we ejaculate, we produce anywhere from 50 million to 550 million sperms; imagine how hard it is for our bodies to produce this product and this is why it is taxing our energy. Solution, orgasm without ejaculation; it keeps our energy up and that energy is used to improve our health.
I'm currently over 3 weeks without ejaculation and I don't miss it one bit as I get to orgasm far more often but without spending my energy. I just wrote a post on 'edging' which I think is linked to all this. Let me know your thoughts.
@GGringo and @goldenboy, I think the last time I masturbated to ejaculation was about a month ago. At 67 years old, I guess I am older than you two, but I believe that my Aneros sessions has revitalized my sexual drive to the point that I can masturbate and edge like I did in earlier years. BTW, I found a PDF version of 'Multi-Orgasmic Man' free for downloading on the net a few minutes ago.
@BigGlansDC I'm just a few years younger than you but you probably started Aneros long before I knew it existed. My Aneros sessions did (doing) the same to me as it does to you.
Yes, I forgot to mention the book I downloaded was the free PDF version. I'm about 1/4 into it and I'm taking my time to get it right;well worth it for me. It allows me to work on seperating ejaculation from orgasm. End results, more orgasm with less ejac. and loss of energy. Let me know what you think of it. Thanks.
What are the techniques I can do to prevent an ejaculation during sex?
@GGringo 's suggestion of Mantak Chia's book The Multi-Orgasmic Man is a good place to learn a Taoist technique for accomplishing coitus reservatus. I think that practice resonates nicely with the topic discussed in the thread Aneros, Arousal & Abstinence. However, you may also want to read this article which discusses Jack Johnston's KSMO protocol for male multiple orgasms.
Similarly, how can I have prostate orgasm(s) (without Aneros) during sex without ejaculating? Any suggestions, anyone? Do I need to become celibate?
First off, IMHO, most male orgasms ultimately involve the prostate, so this is almost a given. Ejaculation is a separate event which you can learn to control with differing techniques and you get to choose which techniques you wish to learn. While becoming celibate (abstaining from all sexual relations) might accomplish non-ejaculations, I don't think that is going to make you or your wife's life more enjoyable.
You might want to consider another strategy for maintaining above average arousal levels without inducing ejaculatory reflexes, namely periodic prostate milking. This practice can certainly take the "edge off" your urge to ejaculate without actually triggering ejaculation and the consequent infamous male refractory period. This could become part of your partnered foreplay. Good Vibes to You !
Thanks, @rumel, for this information. I found that there is a free PDF of "The Multi-Orgasmic Man" for download on the web.
Thanks everyone for the great information on this topic! Especially thanks to @rumel for the direct link to "The Multi-Orgasmic Man". This should be a very interesting and informative read. I can't wait to get started!
