I have always been a bit confused what a p-wave feels like. It doesn't really bother me, I know over-analyzing is a bad idea and I've definitely felt pleasant waves wash over me from time to time. Yet, I am a bit curious after a nice experience I had just a moment ago.
To me there seems to be at least two different sensations which both could fit into the definition of a p-wave, despite feeling very different. The first one being the "chilling" sensation, similar to the one which gives you goosebumps, except it's very pleasant.
The second one is better described as a wave of heat spreading through your body. It almost feel like an orgasmic muscle contraction, except it's the whole body contracting.
I've experienced both but not at the same time. Could both of these be classified as a p-wave? Are there possibly more types of p-waves I have yet to experience?
The answer is "yes" to every single one of your interrogations.
You are also free to put it differently and chose different labels. Pwaves aren't fundamentally different from miniOs and both can take different shapes and sizes. The shape and color of a cloud may change, it is still a cloud. Your two experiences seem different and yet they aren't... And yet every experience is unique.
The only answer that may matter to you is that both your experiences are good signs. The rest isn't very helpful.
The moment I stopped distinguishing which is which is one of the moments I started to thrive. Pleasure is pleasure, its only varrying in intensity but I love them all the same. Sure, maybe short super extravagant orgasms are great but you'll come to find you will enjoy lengthy periods of euphoria just as much. ENJOY IT ALL.
My advise to you is not to concern yourself with labeling what you are experiancing. If it feels good enjoy it! The more enveloped you become in sensations the more in strength they grow. I think to myself about any pleasure, during a session, "wow, this feels amazing." And I'm rewarded for enjoying the moment, not anticipating the possible future.
Hello,
Both those waves sound like they were very enjoyable. Just relax and see if they will come back. Why do you want to name what you are feeling. If it feels good than keep going. I follow the do nothing approach where I just relax and let go. I do not care what happens to me during my session, I listen to music, in a dark room. Let the aneros that you are using please you. Do not worry what to call those felling, tingles, shakes, pleasures. Just let them wash over you. Than when every thing is put away you can say "Dam That Felt Great".
Hoping your next ride is better than your last.
