This is something I am a bit curious about.
I am a user who has been at this for about a year, mainly using the "Do nothing" approach. I have had moderate success, and some strong build ups so far, but not yet the "full" realization. I am enjoying the experiences I have, and that is good for now.
http://wiki.malegspot.com/index.php?title=Getting_Started
The Aneros wiki displays some techniques prominently as an introductory method. They involve heavy, rhythmic contractions (anal and PC contraction), rectal bearing, rhythmic breathing, and general enervation. I've had some moderate success with these as well, but primarily at the start of my practice, and haven't revisted them much since (maybe I am due to?).
Are there any users here who rely primarily on these techniques, and to good effect?
Are there maybe users who don't take this active approach, but apply parts of it to something like a "Do nothing" approach, such as rhythmic breathing?
I'd be curious to hear about how others approach this!
The wiki is a good general guide, but no two men will experience everything the same and probably not in the same order.I have tried the do nothing method and it "does nothing" but many have great success.Personaly my approach is to try different things and see what works. It's like ooohh that felt good I think Ill do that again. As for heavy clenches they are a session killer for me.I like to do very slight clenches with the various muscles, just kind of teasing the prostate if you will. Also use your hips, pelvis, abdominal muscles. If you have a dud session there is always next time.Just have fun try different models.Last but not least the biggest help or hindrance is between your ears.Just one example when im using one of the tridents and things are starting to build I just think about how it is twisting and sliding inside my slippery rear.
In the beginning I went through all the links and wiki links in @rumel ’s welcome pack.
Read and tried numerous roadmaps here on the forum and asked advice from members. They all added bits here and there,a learning curve, but each man must figure out on his own how to tie it all together. Only you know you and your body. Only you know what your mind is like, how your arousal works. I was heavy at the start, but over time I came to learn that gently does it was best. I can do nothing aswell, but I like to be a little pro active. So in essence my journey is built on parts from everything and everyone in the forum, but I had learn how to put the parts together for what suited me. Quieting the mind is key, letting go the constant questions and analysis of what you are doing, feeling and where it’s leading. I found when i figured out there’s only one prostate orgasm, just varying in intensity. I stopped chasing. Things got much easier. In the early days, brows were furrowed, eyes darting, what’s that? How did I do that? Am I building up to orgasm? When you can let go of the thinking, you get the confidence and belief, then you can succeed with any technique, any toy,or no toy at all. You need to visit everything, and keep visiting, keep playing around until you find what works.
I prefer active techniques— I sort of move the aneros around inside me with my pelvic floor muscles until a find a groovy area, then groove out for a while there, and then go elsewhere. I clench all sorts of muscles in my body, or actively relax muscles. I will often actively fake moan once or twice, in order to trigger real moans. I also roll my eyes a lot, to the point that rolling them is a pleasure generator as well the result of pleasure (just like the moans). My sessions also can include plenty of self stimulation of various parts of my body, including my penis.
I don’t do any breathing exercises. I did in the beginning a few times but it didn’t change anything for me.
i have had little success with the do nothing approach. The few sessions where it did do something, it was a wonderfully blissful feeling (not far from the music orgasm I had, actually), but it is inconsistent, and I can’t access it nearly as easily as I can access the orgasmic realm in my active sessions/moments.
i agree that clenching too hard can cause a dud session. But everyone gets to learn that mistake through trial and error.
why not give active another try? I should give do nothing another try in my next session.
As for heavy clenches they are a session killer for me.I like to do very slight clenches with the various muscles, just kind of teasing the prostate if you will. Also use your hips, pelvis, abdominal muscles.
Yeah, I find lighter PC contractions seem to work better. What are you doing with your hips / pelvis / abs? Light rocking? Contracting them lightly to deepen your arousal?
@Tommygunn

I don't seem to be very good at balancing multiple techniques yet! I am one of those who have quite lively nipple sensations... not sure how to integrate that into something like the "Do nothing approach"... maybe some light play to start, to get things rolling... when I do it in the middle somewhere, I seem to just lose focus.
@divine_oblivion

That is something I could do that I don't currently... I think I am a bit scared of becoming hypervocal, so as not to wakeup folks sleeping in other rooms, but I am probably overestimating the worry. I can turn on a boxfan, hehe.
@Thistledown Oh yeah, that is tricky. But even light sounds can be wonderful. And pillows do wonders for muffling loud sounds. Vocalisations are controlable though, if need be. And being hyper vocal is actually a huge turn on for partners, who are used to men being quiet except a few held back grunts during orgasm.
I live in a studio appartment in an appartment building so if my neighbors hear me, and I’m sure they do, I don’t care. I’m into BDSM stuff too, so they hear all sorts of fucked up sounds coming from my appartment. And the ironic thing is you only hear the loudest noises, so when vocalisations are at their height of volume and strangeness. One girlfriend described my sounds as “hot but disturbing”. Poor neighbors. Oh well.
Are there any experienced users who prefer the active techniques in the Aneros Wiki?
Personally, I won't say I 'prefer' the 'active contractions' techniques outlined in the Aneros WIKI, nor would I say I 'prefer' the 'do nothing' technique. Rather I employ both styles in my Anerosessions. I think @evergreen , @Tommygunn & @divine_oblivion illustrate well the diversity of specific approaches one may take on this journey. I encourage you to keep experimenting with techniques, I believe you will eventually find a combination of elements which will draw forth Super-O's.
I think I am a bit scared of becoming hypervocal, so as not to wakeup folks sleeping in other rooms, but I am probably overestimating the worry.
As @divine_oblivion noted "...being hyper vocal is actually a huge turn on for partners," so why not create a win-win situation for you and a female partner by making use of her pussy as a muffler during a session. Maybe that's why the slang term 'muff' originated?
Good Vibes to You !
so why not create a win-win situation for you and a female partner by making use of her pussy as a muffler during a session.
#MediumTermLifeGoals
At it for a year. I do both techniques, and my conclusion is even with the do nothing approach, the subconscious is saying do this..... I don't think the approaches are mutually exclusive.
If you are having diffficulties, I wholeheartedly recommend you download and use the Hypnoaneros CD. it is money well spent. The trick is to really get relaxed, and the first half of the introductory session is designed to do just that. During the first half of the session try not to focus on the device at all. About halfway through, the guide then gives some instructions and support on contraction methods to help you waken things up. it may take a few sessions to get there, but in my opinion the guided session will promote advancing much quicker for new users.
I didn't download the CD until very recently and as I said it was very helpful even though I am already having multiples with all my sessions already. Just do not drive and listen to the CD at the same time, because it is a pretty good relaxation aid. Third guided contraction in, upon release the female voice slowly and very sexy says 'Doesn't that feel good'. I dare not even think about that section of the CD as it is so powerful.
Hope this helps you in your Journey.

Yeah, I think I'll do that. I have listened to sensual hypnosis in the past, and really enjoyed it! With something like this, because it is such a "your mileage may vary / at your own pace" sort of thing, I figured I wouldn't be able to keep in proper pace with a hypnosis. But I haven't tried, so there is no excuse at this point! A lot of folks do seem to really like those tracks, now that I look into it. I'm sold.
To get things started I tend to be an active method user but once things are warmed up do nothing works just as well. Its when you kinda mix them up...then some really exquisite things happen
@rumel nice found etymology. I’ll take it!
15 years ago I thought that the 69 position was silly, as it creates a situation where both partners have an awkward angle between the mouth and the genitals. Now a more mature me thinks it is awesome for many reasons. One is because it creates an awkward angle between mouth and genitals... and thus forces each person to approach oral sex differently. There is the intimacy factor of both partners being stimulated simultaneously. And then there is the reason pertinent to rumels etymology: (if your partner has one) it is so satisfying to moan into your partner’s vagina. They get the pleasure of feeling your moans vibrating deep inside then, and you get the pleasure of being smothered by a wet (and if you are lucky) hairy vagina. And having moans resonate through your cock is sublime.
Other moaning stations: armpits, neck, hair, mouth, breasts, tummy, thighs... nuzzle your about into warm flesh and moan! Aneros in that should be enough to have a wild orgasm, and your partner will be turned on beyond belief by your pleasure. Just be sure to return the favor 🙂
@Thistledown -
Damn good questions. I've been Anerizing for a little over a year now, and like you, I haven't experienced the various orgasms others here describe. I could have written that second paragraph about strong build ups and pleasure without full realization. I can, however, speak with some authority about dos and don'ts. First off, I think most of us here have loosely followed this arc:
In the beginning, we have high expectations, excitement and confusion. How do I do it? What happens? You mean I don't touch my penis? There are different, better orgasms? I'm in!
Then come new sensations. We feel twitches, buzzing or warmth, maybe an erotic jolt or two. Whoah...what was that? How did I do it? How do I do it again? And much of the time, just the feeling of something filling our backsides.
Next comes frustration. We try harder, read more advice, compare and complain. Someone writes about his earth-shaking, eye-crossing hour-long super-O, using the same thing that does nothing for you. And he's a newer member! Must mean you're doing it wrong. This guy did it with Kegels, that guy had success with the smallest one, some other guy used the do-nothing approach. Maybe you need a different model. Which one's right? Or is it the lube? Or the position? Or the length of sessions? One dude slept with it, and woke up in the wee hours with a gigantic orgasm. Maybe my prostate's in a different spot...or (gulp) maybe I don't have the hardware or hardwiring to experience what others can. Maybe it'll never work for me. *Sniff*.
After a bit of time, you get fed up with worrying about it. A session here and there, a shaking of the head, and you put your toy in the drawer and wonder if you wasted $70. You question all the advice and feedback on the forum, and conclude that you're different, that what works for others might not work for you. So you start over. This is the true beginning. All the other stuff above was the packaging, the hype. You throw it all away.
You keep the good advice in mind: patience, relaxation, maybe some light Kegels and soft music. Comfort, always. Avoid your penis, masturbate less. Stroking nipples feels nice. You dump the comparisons and bad advice: Some guy had five orgasms in a row just thinking about thinking about his perineum, someone else says if you don't do nothing you'll never complete your 'journey,' like you're trying to sail over some misty horizon or connect your chakra to the rings of Saturn.
And after a little while (unique to each of us), a toy that never did much becomes more dimensional--it gives more feedback, more warmth or tingles than before, maybe a little more sustain in the overall pleasure zone. There might be fluttering, where the toy actually seems to move a little on its own. Or sometimes a warm buzz that spreads through your lower abdomen or up your tailbone. An involuntary clench, or several. What's going on?
My answers: by dumping your expectations, born of comparison, you're able to relax and enjoy your sessions more, which allows you to progress. That's it. There's no magic to our funny pieces of plastic, nor to our anatomy. It's simply a process of learning what feels good, and learning to reroute erotic and sensual pleasures from our dicks to somewhere deeper, more obscure. After all, there's an obvious evolutionary reason for traditional ejaculations; what reason is there for prostate orgasms? Hard to say. What's more, imagine trying to have a penile orgasm by applying gentle pressure to your dick, rather than manly stroking. Now add the fact that we all have to stumble our way to our prostates, and overcome stigma, uncertainty, and ignorance. It's little wonder that the world of Aneros and anatomy is a confusing one.
So my own dos and dont's? (And again, only mine):
Do relax, try different lubes and positions, Kegels of different duration and intensity. Do give yourself at least an hour, and treat each session like it's a reward, a lovely bit of quiet time for a man who deserves it. Do fantasize, do try stroking your nipples--it didn't do anything for me for about six months, then my nipples grew more and more sensitive, and now it's a staple, something that always brings delightful pleasure jolts in my PC area and rectum. Do take an Aneros bath if possible; that is, a session in the tub. The water and heat and serenity really boost the experience, especially with your favorite stuff on headphones. I like erotic beats, ASMR and voices, even just listening to girls masturbating on Pornhub, etc, no visuals. Super fun. I also like something around my cock and balls- a wristband amplifies lower sensations sometimes.
Don't force contractions, erections, or any building sensations. The surest way to avoid more pleasure is to chase it when it approaches. A bit like trying to grab a beautiful bird that's pecking at seeds nearby. You'll scare it away every time. Don't take anyone's advice word for word, don't conclude that there's one right model for you--I have almost all of them, and they all take turns being fireworks and duds. Who knows why? Irrelevant question. And maybe the biggest don't, don't consider sessions successes or failures. Each is different, and at the very worst, each gives you the opportunity to relax and explore your sensuality and erogenous zones, and provides a chunk of time where the world can go bugger off. What's better than that?
A long response to a simple question: what works best? The answer, as always, is to relax, trust your instincts, and enjoy yourself without expectations. Whatever's going to happen will only happen if you do these first.
Best of pleasures, and let us know how things are going.

The mind part is a matter of conditioning. It took me over a year to do it. You have to learn to believe your not limited on this journey to certain sets of circumstances. That it can be done and done easily with nothing other than your own body. A step back and a re-evaluation of things is necessary a few times along the way. When you fortify the mind with belief, you can glean from this forum what is and can be relevant to your journey, and discard the rest of the bullshit of which there is aplenty. Too many guys don’t even recognise they’ve made serious progress on their journey. It’s a total shame.
In the beginning, we have high expectations, excitement and confusion. How do I do it? What happens? You mean I don't touch my penis? There are different, better orgasms? I'm in!

All true.

Yeah... in cases where someone does it in 3 weeks, I think, like a lot of people will... is there something different about my body and its condition that makes this harder for me? Did that guy have a really swollen prostate that was easy to stimulate? Did he come from a sexual background where this was a more natural thing for him to do, based on his past experiences? Why was it so much easier for him? I don't think we are all equal here... I think some of us have factors that make it much easier to do, and some of us may have some un-identified issue that makes it harder, that may be physical and not psychological.
You keep the good advice in mind: patience, relaxation, maybe some light Kegels and soft music. Comfort, always. Avoid your penis, masturbate less.
Yeah... there now! I am at the point where I am modulating various things in my life to see if they have an impact. Not sure what degree SR is useful, but giving it a long shot! May go a month or two, to see if my body reacts differently (and I don't have an "accident", hehe... you know what I mean). Some members swear by SR. Some think it is useless or worse than useless (counterproductive). The thought that it may be counterproductive is part of what leads me to break down everytime I try, but I will continue to try, since I haven't given it the fullest effort and seen it all the way through.
Stroking nipples feels nice.
That is a gift most of us seem to get from this, no matter what! Mine feel great. Definite connection to my pelvis too. They feel like a viable way to self-pleasure now. I love to look at womens' breasts in a way I didn't before; I was always turned on by breasts, but now I they get me aroused, make me think of my own nipples, cause me to self-pleasure my nipples, and get me thinking about how good they feel for a woman as well, and how sensitive her own nipples are to her. It all causes a fast positive feedback loop of positive sexual energy.
Some guy had five orgasms in a row just thinking about thinking about his perineum, someone else says if you don't do nothing you'll never complete your 'journey,' like you're trying to sail over some misty horizon or connect your chakra to the rings of Saturn.
You know, the thing is I think I will probably get there! I am trying a lot of things (ie: see my giant thread about sex machines 😮 ). I am a hair jealous others got there quite quickly, but I think I will... after some measure of time. I just hope it is sooner rather than later!
what reason is there for prostate orgasms? Hard to say.
Not everything in our bodies was "meant for us". Men have nipples, afterall. I think more than women, men have a lot of structures in their bodies that are meant to do things primarily for the opposite sex. The G-spot, or urethral sponge around a woman's urethra gets pleasured during penetrative vaginal sex. I think this is to help her better enjoy the experience of being penetrated, since her vagina itself is actually quite devoid of sensitive nerves (her vulva has lots though). Some women can't easily have orgasms from their G-spot, and that is quite analogous to the difficulties a lot of us have here. The prostate seems to be made from the same tissues, and thus share a lot of traits. This is true of a lot of our sexual organs. I think men have found the backdoor, unintended method to enjoy the same pleasures evolution designed for women!
---------------
Sometimes I question (like a lot of folks do) if the models are strongly contacting my prostate. There are numerous sorts of pleasures they produce... I think a lot of them come from the feeling of fullness, and the excitement of the tissues of the inner anus and lower rectum. It feels good to have it in, but I am not sure that it is actually hitting the prostate most of the time.
I think I have found my prostate... it is hard to say if I am actually hitting that, or my bladder, but I get the classic "feels like I am gearing up to pee" feeling when I press on it with a finger. it is QUITE angled in my body... I have to bend my finger QUITE aggressively to hit it. It feels quite firm. I don't know that the aneros models are angled enough to actually be hitting it at rest. If I have the Progasm in, I can actually put pressure on it and feel it if I push the front P-tab and use my anus as a fulcrum to lever it there. But normally, not sure if it is touching at all?
---------------
Another thing that I think about from time to time... a lot of this is entirely mental. There are plenty of members here who can have the prostate orgasms just by inducing the feelings mentally. That can be viewed a couple ways. On the one hand, maybe it downplays the importance of the actual mechanics of it, if the mind is taking such a lead. On the other though, maybe those users who can "A-less" so well do so becuse they formed a good foundation of how it feels from the actual mechanics, and then just learned to recreate that feeling.
---------------
Great post, Zenopause! Something tells me you are a good guy in person... I get that from your writing, like I do a lot of folks here.
It is both, I believe. I don't think it downplays the mechanics, but rather "up-plays" the mental aspect. The mechanics are still essential. Even for aless. Not just the how the prostate is stimulated but also all the micro-movements of the body, or the lack of movement. But then this whole world we've gotten into really fogs the line between mental and physical.
I do believe that to understand aless you probably need to have had prostate orgasms, like you surmise. Prostate orgasms are so particular, that without having felt them, I can't imagine that one can psychologically conjure them.
For someone that hasn't experienced prostate orgasms, it might help to understand the mental aspects analogously to other relived sensations. Take something in your life that was physically and emotionally trying: the lowest low of heartbreak, a really funny thing that made you practically pee yourself, getting blood drawn, an incredible sexual moment... now relive the moment in your mind with the most vivid of detail. For the heartbreak, think about the pain and the tears, pretend they are welling up, force yourself to cry, even if no tears come. For the laughter, think of the event and smile, chuckle, make yourself laugh. For getting blood drawn, imagine the needle going in your arm and feel how you cringe, how your legs go wobbly. And for the sexual moment... well, you get the idea. If you are able to recreate these and other sensations even a little bit, that is a good idea of how aless and prostate play (and all things sexual) can be very mental. And also that shows how it can help to force certain physical aspects during a session-- again, moaning but also pelvic thrusting, eye rolling, facial contortion, grabbing a pillow, talking dirty to an imaginary partner, wearing clothes that turn you on, and so forth-- to build arousal.
There is also a part of prostate pleasure that takes place through pure imagination of things we have never experienced. I can imagine being hit by a train, though I have never been hit by train myself (knock on railroad tie). When I see a train coming up to the platform and I imagine being struck, I shudder and step back. This same type of imagination works with prostate play. I have never had a two granite slabs grinding against each other inside my body, or a snake sliding through me, or an enormous feminine creature reaching into my innards and pleasuring me. But imagining these (and many other) things can elicit incredible powerful physical and psychological reactions for me.
@divine_oblivion id go further than both.i think its all mental, some orgasm mechanics or not, toys or not. As many have attested,if the mental isn’t in place, nothing happens.
It seems like the only constant is not touching your dick for a certain amount of time. Give your body time to branch out and find new ways to feel good. Well I say "new", it's ways you were always capable of feeling, just underused. Like the muscles everyone has to wiggle their ears, they're just so weak they need a lot of exercise to get working again.
That's just the start. After that, everything else is just "What works best for you". Try brute-forcing with the biggest rubber dong you can handle. Try e-stim and TENS. Try more subtle things like baths, or feather dusters across your nipples.
For me, the most success I've had is with indirect stimulation, external massage and all that. I have an Aneros in, and lay flat on my stomach with three tennis balls lined up in a row across my lower abdomen, just above the pubic bone. Someone's already nicknamed it "Orion's Belt". It kinda works with the "do nothing" approach because this kind of myofascial massage works best by just relaxing on top of these pressure points, and letting your internal organs' natural movements do all the work. Eventually I'll start to feel an ache, and I might reach back and play with my cheeks or flex the glutes, and that's me occupied for the next three hours.
You can try everything that's mentioned in the wiki, in this thread, in the forum as a whole, but your best bet is to experiment. More often than not, the things that work best are the things you've already written off before you even tried them.
@Thistledown
Right back at you, friend--what a kind and reflective presence you are, and what a terrific response response. I think you and are in the same spot, in that world of warmth, wonder, and wondering...and yeah, I can't help but get a wee bit jealous too, no matter what I counsel. Still, your words resonate--I think I'll get there too, although I'm not sure what exactly 'there' is. I don't like setting up finish lines and chequered flags, because it implies that I'm done; if or when I do get the Os, etc, that others talk about, I don't want to let that stop me from further explorations.
Re. the prostate and the reasons for these orgasms, all I can guess is that it's an accidental benefit. And I don't always know how to target mine either. The prostate is a homologue to the G-spot-- once upon a time we Y chromosomes and our fellow Xs had the same hardware, before our cells kept dividing. I think all the nerves that go into male sexual anatomy have lots of tangential connections to what we'd call female pleasures, some physical, some mental, and the Aneros and prostate play invoke it. Bit of a lost prenatal connection to all our similarities, maybe. Hmm.
Anyway, you're so right about the Aneros making secondary, not primary waves; I too have found mine to be sharply angled towards the anterior wall, probably so with most dudes. Further, I don't know which models make the most contact for me either, because I get subtly different responses from them all the time. So far, I think my fave is the little HIH950. A $40 fireplug that doesn't pop out, moves well, is always comfortable, and seems to press on the bottom of the prostate a little. I'd highly recommend it.
@divine_oblivion
You really just joined in January? Do you have more experience than this? Because your posts shows truly dynamic thinking and wisdom. I haven't thought of the actual psychosomatic reactions to, say, getting blood drawn (which I get and hate) and didn't consider that there have to be corollaries that we can create and rely on. I love the mental imaging, rather than just imagining legions of naked women (which I'm damn good at). Would you share more? The granite grinding and snakes sliding has sexual onomatopoeia. Yep, I just wrote that phrase. Royalties!
Cool post as well. I completely agree, not touching our dicks (things that are, by design, meant to be touched) is key to more evolved response. I'm 53, and after masturbating, my refractory period goes for a couple of days where my libido just goes on hiatus. It doesn't feel good. Because of this forum, I've essentially stopped masturbating--edging, prostate play, and sex with the wife is better. Even though I haven't had all the crazy orgasms, I still prefer Aneros and Aless play to trad wanking, although an occasional wank is still amazing. Even better because it's so rare. And thanks for echoing the try-everything thread-- There can't be only one way to do this, which means we have to experiment. I've tried a number of those things, and I keep trying. All part of the fun.
Oh, and I'm gonna try the Orion's Belt idea. Can't wait to figure out what the Big Dipper might entail...
Thanks for the good words, and I totally agree. Other peoples' seeds of exploration are important trail signs in the wilderness. Sometimes hard to find that line between who we are as individuals, and what advice we can all share and take into account. That's what this forum's really for, and I've gotten tons out of it as well. Keep sharing, would you?
In fact, the men and voices on this particular thread are so informative, and you're all such gentlemen, that I'd like you to keep posting your ideas etc to the main board.
What a long, strange trip it's been, eh?
Best of pleasures,
Z
@Thistledown, @evergreen, @Tommygunn, @divine_oblivion, @DLD, @darkbond, @Zenopause, @thorny, @kaygo, regardless of where you think you are on this amazing Aneros journey, I'm very pleased to hear you're all 'getting it', the essentials of the journey without being tied to any particular technique. Exploring your own unique path is a never ending course in rewiring and personal growth. You will gain an ineffable wisdom from this journey. Good Vibes to You !
Thanks for your eternal patience and advice, and for your gentle nudges on the board.
@Zenopause I started the re-wiring journey in september, but have been discovering sensuality-related things since the beginning of my life, like all of us. Some of my earliest memories are of me masturbating (more on that later, still trying to figure how to connect the dots on that with another topic, in a way that doesn't sound creepy). And my tactile mother used to spend hours caressing me, as if I were a cat.
Over the years my sexuality has become much less penile-centric and orgasm-based, and much more exploration-based. I am happy spending hours in bed with a partner and not engaging in penetrative sex, and that's been the case for the last 5 years or so. Up until I discovered prostate pleasure, my greatest sexual high was not ejaculatory orgasms, but having a partner suck/lick/bite my neck, harms, hands, armpits and breasts. This works me up into an orgasmic sexual frenzy for 15 minutes at a time sometimes (depending on a partner's enthusiasm), and renders me ecstatic with joy, pain, pleasure, and sometimes fear (when they get gnashy like a lioness). I have always been fascinated with my various partners' sexuality, and through my desire to please, I have learned that every single woman is so drastically different. It is actually what convinced me very quickly that my journey with prostate play would be my own, unparalleled, like every other prostate owner on this forum.
So though I am new to prostate play, my thoughts on sexuality and sensuality go much further back. I think this helped speed up the process for me. What prostate play has done is connect some of the dots, while creating infinite more dots. It's like I see the the sexual world in color now. Before, in black and white, it was perfect, as I ignored the existence of color. But now that I have color, my sexuality has a whole new dimension. And also as a bonus, my sexual encounters are riddled with orgasms from the beginning to the end, though I rarely ejaculate...
JOY!
@divine_oblivion
I suspected that you were a bit more 'woke' than the average rookie. It's like being new to a language when you already speak five-- you already have a strong learning schema.
So impressed by your insights. I particularly like the color analogy. And you'd have to go some distance to be creepy, at least around these parts. We should all dispense with those labels, and see what the world looks like beyond the artificial lines. After all, we didn't draw them.
Please keep posting. Your reflections are a pleasure to read.

@Zenopause It's like I see the the sexual world in color now. Before, in black and white, it was perfect, as I ignored the existence of color. But now that I have color, my sexuality has a whole new dimension.
I like that color analogy! I also think it applies because humans can technically only see a smaaaaall portion of the visible color spectrum due to the limitations of the rods and cones in our eyes (mantis shrimp can see millions of colors more than we can.) I think as your journey progresses you'll start to see other colors that you never knew existed because your eyes weren't open to them. You'll probably look back at your post someday thinking "wow, if only I knew how many extra colors there were.. I didn't even know about the color blurple." I guess the trick is to be more like a mantis shrimp? Hmm, okay scratch that last one.
I never stop hearing new things. This rabbithole goes so deep!
Thanks for the encouragement! Your work on the Hypnosis track is fantastic, btw! And Alana is so sultry, hehe.
I really appreciate the tone and structure of it. I like that the script stays positive, and models a healthy sexual relationship. The placement and dynamics of music and sound cues are perfect... it really creates a powerful effect together. It was crafted with a lot of care, knowledge, and discernment. The sense of wonder and mystery it all conveys also seems very appropriate to the power of the experiences.
----------------
This is my first go with the hypno tracks, so I started with the first one. I was pretty familiar with a lot of the ideas Alana was passing along, but somehow the context, and the particular way they were explained caused me to engage with them very differently. I didn't quite make it to the "goal zone", but those techniques got me quite worked up, and feeling strong bodily pleasures. Toward the end I was really flowing and writhing with feeling. I did get into vocalizations as well, and I think it really helped.
I think I picked up a new appreciation for how to apply the theory. I don't fully grasp it yet though... for instance, my pleasure was very much something I had to stay focused with and continue to consciously generate. There were a few moments where I felt something reflexsive, that played off of what I was consciously generating, but it did not feel like a runaway train. It felt like a dance I had to keep in motion carefully.
I think another level of refinement now would be to learn to use those skills in a more gentle fashion, to coax out the involuntary feelings, and then let them take over, without having to direct the show and get exhausted.
----------------
I experienced something similar with the second track, where you are encouraged to apply what you have developed so far. I think I engaged with it too actively, and I quickly exhausted myself after just 15 minutes, hehe. I will have to find a balance!

I'm glad to hear you are finding HypnAerosession useful I had great help from several of the founding gurus on this Forum ( @B Mayfield @darwin & @Pan ) they gave great feedback on constructing the script and some traps to avoid. I think with repeated listening you will find your ability to slip into the requisite relaxed mental state easier and easier. Happy riding!
Good Vibes to You !
Oh, and I'm gonna try the Orion's Belt idea. Can't wait to figure out what the Big Dipper might entail...
If you like that, there's another I call "The Thinking Farmer" because I haven't thought of a better name for it yet.
Picture the old Norman Rockwell style painting of a farmer or amish man, and he's in a kind of contemplative pose. He's got one hand on the top of his hoe or rake or whatever implement, and his chin resting on top of that hand.
Now take a seat on the floor, on top of a tennis ball or anything that's going to put light pressure on your perineum. Stick your legs straight out in front of you, and take a short stick or rod (I use one of those massage roller 'Tiger Tail' sticks), and use one end to sorta prod around the bottom of your abdomen. Get right up behind the edge of the pubic bone, and just keep poking until you find the spot. You'll know it when you feel it. Once you've got it, just rest your hand on top of the stick, and lay your chin on top of your hand, and relax. Just breathe, and contemplate the nature of life.
Exercises like this and Orion's Belt, if they don't provide exactly the same kind of sensations that an A-session would, they're definitely a great warm-up for a session, and they're a good alternative for guys who are feeling a little anal retentive that day, IYKWIM.
