I tried the first method a few times, and it's okay. It looses something, though. Think the momentum of shifting the whole body.

Gave that a brief shot, but found it too awkward to pull off despite that, on paper, it sounds simple and easy. The angle of the dildo wouldn't line up properly, and also causes it to tug the suction cup off more easily.
I do hold onto something, which does help — typically I split it between arms and legs. Last night, in fact, laying on the floor provided the most comfortable position. The only problem with this was the angle causing the cup to, again, pull off more easily.
keep doing it you are going to make your legs stronger!!! The only reason you can't go on with it is because your legs are getting tired, which means they need to grow and get stronger. What a workout!!! Have fun and cum strong 😉
When I use my dildos I sit on the floor, with my back resting against the couch, my knees bent so that I can push my backside up and down. In this position I find I can ride the dildo without any stress to my legs or back.
