I most frequently vape cannabis via pen with live resin. I occasionally use another vaporizer with cannabis flower, but a bit of laziness prevails (I don't have to load the flower into the vaporizer or clean out the spent cannabis, which isn't ash, but it is a bit messy.) I think you did already have a Super-O, it just wasn't what you were expecting. Super-O's come in many forms, you just need to make the paradigm shift in thought processes to see that.

Some describe a Super O as feeling like an ejaculation orgasm but dry..that's what I hope for. Other's have felt things so intense they see white light..and/or such intense feelings they are moaning out loud. I've never been there for sure. 🙁
I've had this conversation with other guys before, where they experience something which they don't personally believe is a Super-O, but which I think might be one. Obviously, it's not about convincing anyone that they had a Super-O when they do not think they had one. Everyone gets to decide what an experience meant to them. The link Rumel provided explains it in term of scales, from his post :

This is a vital element. It's tempting to think in term of the Super-O, and not a Super-O. When you get a really good one, then there's no question, you'll know it was a Super-O. But it can also mean that a "weak" one could be less powerful than a traditional orgasm. I don't know how powerful other man's ejaculatory orgasm are. I don't think they're more powerful than my S-Os, but they could well be. Who's to say? Maybe I have weak trad Os ?
Then duration and having multiples would be what separates traditional Os from prostate ones, that is, until you get into the "really good ones". So your question would then be : "Since I've had some small S-Os, what do I need to do to experience more powerful ones?" From where you are, the answer is likely to just continue having more sessions without changing your basic method, and just explore and give yourself some time.

Prostate based orgasms which don't elicit the ejaculation response also don't exhibit the satiation sensation when the prolactin hormone (induced from ejaculation) triggers the refractory period. You may experience a Super-O and still be wanting and 'horny' for more, so don't expect a Super-O to satisfy in quite the same way as a traditional penile induced ejaculatory orgasm. This is part of the paradigm thought shift I was referring to.

Thats one of the hardest lessons to learn, that what you have to overcome is the need to have the feeling like a TO. Although I have contractions , there just a small part of the orgasm, the nerve sensation can happen all by itself. At least thats what happens to me, intense pleasure in my prostate without any contraction, or even one super strong contraction. For me there it happens the second I insert, when its going to be good session. If I don't get a near instant reaction, it rarely ramps up for me.
@tbob for me the buildup inside feels like a buildup to a TO so I expect that orgasm feeling at some point..and without it feel sexually frustrated.

I think I am just confused...to me "almost cumming" isn't an orgasm. The euphoric wave happens when I hit that peak. @hankey01 Part of rewiring is learning how not to be "Mr Right Now". For many and it looks like you to, its something you learn. Patience is learned. Remember whether you feel it or not during your sessions, something is happening btwn your brain and your prostate. Yes that's the one. I will definately true to learn this skill. Isolating seems tricky. I can seperate the PC from the sphincter (sort of) but seems like I have trouble holding the PC without holding my stomach. Trying to imagine pulling my dick in but holdign it seems to drift off.

More than 5 years here, consistently getting better and better sessions. When I found the 'no nut November' Mindgasm last year, my trek with Aneros made a big jump. This did not happen with only the first trys. I followed the suggestions to do the lessons multiple times across many days. At first no tingles or involuntary spasms. Stayed with the first 3 lessons and started to get there. For me the low end of contraction efforts where wear I found the faint beginnings. Sure the strong long contractions probably helped. But when I started to really relax and just gently tease the flexing and holding the build ups started in earnest. Now even as I sit here typing, my"source" is involuntarily pulsing and bouncing gentlly. ..mmm
A few years back there was a post that also described this very weak 'top' muscle micro flex that leads me to some very incredible A-less chairgasms.

I personally would stick with 1 position maybe 2 per session. For me once things start getting intense, I dare not move a muscle, any movement could kill it, my body will literally reposition itself. I can't stop it, if I'm in the right mind, and give myself over to what ever my body wants to do. If I'm on my back with my feet together, and my knees splayed. At any time my body will seperate my feet and slide them down a foot. As this is happening the waves get stronger and stronger. I never would have learned this if I didn't stick to 1 position. I like my back as it is the easiest way to stay comfortable, but thats just me. The only thing I change is my leg position. Oh yea, I concurr Patience, patience , patience. Your gonna live a long time.
@tbob That makes sense too...after so long I was moving around trying everything. I also seem to like laying on my back...but instead of knees apart like you, seems like my right leg straight and left leg bent a bit feels the best for whatever reason. I guess I'm not symmetrical. 😉
