LMAO, pretty much sums it up. Now I know why my wife was somewhat freaked out the first time she observed one of my super-O sessions.

At my age, I suspect this sort of activity would cause a fatal heart attack!

Hard for me to fathom that he could get that much of a Super O from a Peridise of any size! I like mine, but never have gotten that kind of reaction...that's much more a Progasm style orgasm for me.

Interesting how he's holding his breath during some parts of the video--could it be causing a little bit of erotic asphyxiation?

Also good to see that some people spasm more extremely than I do sometimes. I've never gone anything near that extreme, but I imagine I might at some point as I get further and further with Aneros.

Another note, I see his stomach kind of protruding sometimes, indicating that he's doing really full belly breathing. You can see a lot of things going on with his torso if you watch, like "bearing down" where he kind of scrunches up and stuff.

I hold my breath sometimes that seems to intensify the sensations during long, productive sessions. I have to be in the midst of several Super-O's for it to work.

This is a great video and I can certainly relate to what is shown. With regard to holding one's breath/auto-asphyxiation I would advise against this. While I sometimes play with my air flow as I ramp up to an orgasm (as is demonstrated in this video), once the orgasm begins I often intensify my breathing. Fact is at one time I did restrict my breathing. Years ago I had taken a Tantric workshop, and when the Tantrika realized that I was capable of a WBO, she had me demonstrate it for everyone. (She had already demonstrated one herself at that point). As the orgasm approached my breathing became more shallow...once it was upon me it stopped. She was on me immediately, coaching me to breathe, in a manner consistent with belly breathing/valley breathing. The result was a longer, louder and much more intense orgasm. Later she explained to me that stopping one's breathing restricts the flow of energy throughout the body. In her words, "not only does it make for a less profound orgasm...it is not healthy." I took this to heart and changed the way that I utilized my air flow from that point on. I should add that Jack Johnston has made the same recommendation in his KSMO protocol.

This video is scary as shit! Is it normal to act this way when you use an aneros? He acts like he's demonized.
It's almost a miracle that he doesn't start to vomit all over his body or break his neck during those jerks. I don't know if such a video is really good advertisement for the aneros because this is pretty disturbing. If you make such noises when using it then what about the neighbors?

dunz;

There are a number of Aneros videos in which the guy appears to be possessed by spirits. Many Aneros users find that type of rocking and rolling Super-O very enjoyable. On the other hand, many of us here have very intense Super-Os without making a peep or making the bed squeak, so we don't wake up the kids in the next room.

Cheers,

Dave

This is absolutely the best Aneros video I have seen. I think it is a great advertisement. It wud sell me on it in an instant. It matches some of my experiences, but more. I hope to achieve that and more. Does anybody know who the one who made it is?

It seems that way, but I have only been able to have a super orgasm from the peridise.

After seeing that 16 minute mark I'm not sure if I even want to hit the Super-O now. I mean, wow, was that really his body it against will or was it somewhat deliberate? (Which I can understand if it is, since you have to let the Aneros do what it wants)

Interesting what he does and what happens though. His dick bounces like mad - is it because of PC muscle contraction or anal? And is he just going based off of what sensations anal contraction brings? Because in my sessions I tend to 'Do nothing' whilst looking at erotic material, which surges adrenaline (p-waves?) through me to a really high point - nothing else, at least often.

Same here! I've only ever had a little bit of shaking or the occasional big-hip-thrust that comes out of nowhere. I've never let out an involuntary moan. I experimented with letting out small groans, and they do help (somehow they make the pleasure more real and it's exciting to hear), so maybe he was just letting loose. I can go along with the shaking and focus on keeping it going, but it never enhances the pleasure, it only distracts me. I don't know how much of what we see in these videos is truly uncontrollable or whether the person is going along with what works best for them.

Curious about this too, they look like dry ejaculations or something. I feel like I'm missing out, all I get is a weak fast twitching.

Are those contractions involuntary or deliberate? Does anyone here use contractions like this?

Walnut,

All I can say is that I have VERY similar things happen to me. For me, they are involuntary, that is pretty much what my Super O's look like.

Incredible video. First I would like to reflect something back here that senior members told me 4 years ago when I started this journey. We are all different and each one of our bodies responds differently. So what works for one person may not for another. My best sessions result from things that I have learned about my own body and how it responds. Indeed some of the things I do were things that other members told me years ago I shouldn't LOL. Its all a learning process of what works for each of us.

Relative to the level of movement this guy displays and that other members here experience ...its great if it works for him or them. For me (and i reiterate just for me) ... I learned a lesson a long time ago relative to female orgasm that the vaginal twitching and convulsing that women experience as they are getting aroused is like an erotic pressure relief valve, it lets off erotic "steam" which makes the climb to orgasm less efficient. The key to a woman having a powerful orgasm is to suppres the twitching and trap that erotic energy so it builds the orgasm up to high levels.

I have adapted that approach to my own orgasms. The deepest most profound orgasms I have are "less" orgasms where I am exerting total mind control on all parts of my body to still them and lay quiet, giving my body over to the sensation in a placid state. Bychanneling all my energy into the orgasm and minimizing body movement 100% of my energy goes in a highly concentrated manner into my prostate and anal tract. I do this through practiced breathing and mediatative control of my body. I can lie two feet from my wife in bed while she sleeps and i can be having an MMO session that is 90 minutes of non stop profoundly intense spasms that are so powerful I almost lose conciousness. Outwardly the only thing that shows i am feeling anything is slight trembling of my legs and my chest rising and falling slowly and evenly as I force myself to breathe deeply.

I don't mention this to say I am right or someone else is wrong, just the opposite. We are all different. No one should aspire to do what this guy does, we should all aspire to do what works for us. To thine own self be true. If you hold someone elses experience up as your standard you will be dissappointed because it is their experience and yours can never be theirs; each of us is unique. You cant expect to be someone else, so don't try.

I can tell you that this video is very much like the super-o's I experience. As has been mentioned, each person's super-o experience is different. However, there are also many similarities. For me, it was everything from the leg twitching (especially the left leg) and the continual seperation of the toes, along with the involuntary hip thrusts and inability to catch your breath, it's all part of the "ride" of the super-o! Typically, because of the shaking of my body and limbs flying everywhere, the safest position for me is lying on my stomach. It's all real and there's little you can do to stop it once the super-o wave starts! Muting my moans is NOT an option. When you're in the wave of the super-o, along with the contractions that lead up to it, there is little to no way in hell that you can't moan. Like the man in the video, my moans originate and emit from my abdomen, stemming from really deep breathing. Little moans just from my mouth are okay too, but they get deeper, longer, and LOUDER as I build to the super-o. It most definitely enhances the aneros experience because if you're supressing anything that you're feeling, it's almost like preventing the entire super-o experience to occur.

The dry ejaculations you referred to are simply loads of "pre-cum" that get released in the contractions during the aneros session. He's not literally ejaculating, it's just that with the milking of the prostate, it pushes the pre-ejaculate that builds out of the urethra. It's an awesome feeling and stimulating sight to see.

^^^ THIS ^^^

Breath is energy, bring more into the system, not try to lock it out.

Autoerotic-asphyxiation was at some point started by someone that noticed not breathing makes them light headed (duh.) They then decided that that light headed feeling would be fun during the peak of an orgasm. Thus you have the end result it is NOT based of any practical healthy knowledge, simply someone at some point thinking it was a good idea.

There are a lot of things that may feel good but are not healthy and can harm your body. Your knee isn't supposed to hyper-extend but some people do it any ways because they like the stretch of the back side of the leg.

To comment on your story BF, I don't know if i were in your situation if i would have been willing to demonstrate for the class as you did, that would defiantly be a memorable experience.

There's another thing about breathing. I have a beginners book on Tantra. It suggests a practice that is highly suspect and dangerous: one that is very similar to the fainting game played by school kids. It's a practice of hyperventilating for several minutes and then tensing every muscle in the body, including the diaphragm. It causes a similar high to the autoerotic-asphyxiation and by a very similar mechanism. I'd strongly recommend that nobody try it.

Fire breath is defiantly not for beginners.
