Hi, yes, i try to hold back the ejaculation for a few seconds (clamping my PC muscle), then let go.

Okay, thanks for the updated link. It seems that you are using the aneros more as a dildo. Do you feel that it needs you moving it around to really contact the prostate? Also, you certainly are "hands on" as far as your penis while using the aneros. This is different from what is generally taught here. Thanks again for posting. You are braver than most of us.
